Day 1 - B- Slim fast shake L- turkey, cheese on whole wheat with hot sauce afternoon - turkey D - slim fast roughly 750 calroies total 1.5 gallons of water today (which is low for me, I normally drink 2 a day, Nothing else, havent had a soda in many many years. No beer during the week and very few every other weekend, thats the plan anyways) I want to pick up some protein bars for my afternoon snack, but money is tight and they are epensive. Maybe next week I will get some. Got any recommendations? 30 minutes upper body free weights and a 1.48mile walk. I dont think having a safe in my garage would be an issue with temperatures and humidity. Being where I live we have zero humidity. I do not want it in the garage because it would be seen by others when the door was open but I would also have concrete to bolt it down to, whereas in the house I would not. Its a dang catch 22 here. I also, completely understand not wanting to post info about your safe on the net, Its pretty easy to find an address of someone based on their screen name and then go from there. Anybody watch this stuff? I am watching "Freefall Freeway'. They have some truckers from Ice Road Truckers on there driving the roads of the Himalayas. Its insane and scarey. But looks like one heck of an adrenaline rush.

I am in the market for a new safe. One thing I will be doing with this safe is getting a 3/4 - 1" plate cut to lay on top of the safe tack welded to the sides. I will also be bolting this safe down. The reason is because I had a buddy recently get broken into, they went to his safe in the den rock it enough to get it to fall over, then used a cutting wheel on an angle grinder to cut the top open with a 8" square and take all his guns. The safe was a big safe, 24 gun holder, it was heavy, they still managed to get it over. So this is the reasoning behing my safe gaurds to my new safe. So here are some questions for you. Where is your safe located? Would you prefer it inside the garage, inside a family style room, bedroom or closet? Do you have yours bolted down? What do you have to protect your safe from people that really want to get into it? Where did you get your safe? How much, if you mind me asking? What is the weight? Any other advice you would like to give me?

Well, it looks like it's just you and I Kyle. My goal is to just lose weight. Once I do this I will work more on building muscle and tone, something I've never been really. I will be doing cardio for 30-45 then a 30 minute weight workout for upper body. I dont really want to build any more muscle in my legs, They are plenty strong and tone, its the upper body I need to work on. I will begin Monday morning with a weigh in.

Then the batteries died. I placed new ones in the cam before we went out to camp. I guess the 24 degree night killed them because after 15 pics they died. I couldnt even get a pic of our final kills. We came home with 1 Canada, teal, mallards, wigeon, and pintails. 19 birds total. Not to shabby, but we didnt limit.
