  1. Missed Tim's call, was in a meeting, but just got out and got some sweet pics and updates. Pics are downloading now. Will post shortly! First night in the stand, warm temps, 78 degs, good cloud cover and a trigger finger on fire. Tim's pumped!
  2. Well, the weather is calling for significant amounts of snow in the mountains here, calling it our "first cold spell of the season". I guess they didnt think the 15 mph winds and 24 degree weather was a cold spell this past Saturday. Bring it on!

  6. True, His left one has a kicker coming off, but his right is a true split that are pretty much identical. Hopefully he will hang around for another month when archery comes back on. I cant gun hunt him and just got permission to hunt this land today.

  8. ok, on a very serious note here, that most will find funny or not serious, but I am serious. What kind of buttocks work outs are there? I have a pretty muscular buttocks now but would like it to be a little bigger. I dont want a fat flabby buttocks but a muscular one, like I have now, just bigger. Any ideas or thoughts? mature ones please. I know this might be very hard for most people, and I was kinda laughing while typing this but I am serious about this. Kyle, any thoughts since you seem to work out often?
  9. Today B- Slim fast L - turkey, cheese, hot sauce whole wheat bread. V-8 Snack - turkey and hot sauce D - Fat free and everything else free Chicken noodle soup 1.75 gal of water cut grass and getting ready to go on my 1.5 mile walk/run. Way low on Calories today (under 500, I know, thats not good!), but I didnt get hungry but once in the afternoon and have had zero tiredness.

  17. I dont really know. I have always heard to stay away from it. For being a big guy, my blood pressure is perfect as well as my cholesterol. My insides are like a 160lb dude. Its weird. So, I tend to stay away from salts and sugars to keep it that way.
  18. Oh, I also forgot. During lunch I down a can of no sodium V-8. I actually enjoy the drink and that takes care of a lot of my veggies that I would not normally eat or even buy.
  19. You should for sure eat breakfast, you will lose weight by doing this. I used to never eat breakfast and always came up with excuses to not eat it, like not having enough time. This is the only reason I went to the slim fast shakes. Every single person has at least a 30 second window in the morning, most of the time being on their drive to work, to down a shake. Surprisingly enough, they hold me over till 11:15 when I go eat lunch. I have found that with this routine I dont get that midday tired feeling and it just helpes me through the day. I am now looking forward to the weekends when I will have time to cook some eggs. Breakfast foods are tough to diet with for me because I love home cooked breakfast foods. Bacon, eggs, bisuits, sausage, livermush, pancakes, blueberry muffins and bacon egg and cheese sandwichs, but on this stupid diet, I guess the only thing I can really eat are eggs. Anyhow, get something in you Corey at the beginning of your day, anything really to get that metabolism kicked in. It will make your day much more pleasant during dieting.

  21. I only got hungry once yesterday around 9am and I downed a big glass of water and that held me over til lunch. I dont feel like i'm starving and didnt get tired at all. We will see what today brings; going to do exactly the same but for dinner I have a nice bowl of healthy choice soup waiting on me. I also figure I am going to lift every other day, since I am only working my upper body, I figure a day of rest is good everyother day, is this correct or should I slam out 3 days and then rest 2 or what?
  22. Wish this would happen in western Canada. I need all the ponds to freeze right about now!
