Seen one flock of Canadas coming from the North. I would guess around 75 or so. They stayed away from the resident geese and landed in their own little corner on the river. First week of October is when they hit us hard. I was out glassing for ducks when I saw the black cloud coming towards me. Was not really sure what it was, being from the South and all, I have never seen a HUGE migration. About 15 minutes later the sky was black to the north and it sounded like a freight train. In front of me was a 100 yard wide "creek" off the Columbia river and the "black cloud" was headed for it. Next thing I knew the cloud turned into geese and they started breaking up and coming in, in groups of 50 to 300. By the time they had all got in, I would easily say there were 10,000 plus geese in this one wave. It was unreal. I will be out there again with the camera this year to try and capture it.

No need for an emergency out, if its not going how I want it to go or I just don't feel like, I have no problem telling the females and walking away. One thing I have learned from college and relationships, either year long ones or one night ones, if I'm not feeling it at any certain point I let them know and walk away. I have come to this conclusion after an hour of talking and meeting someone and other times it has taken me a couple of years. Have you been to the gym lately? Just because they are in shape or work out does not mean shes hot. There are quite a few ugly skinny chick, haha Yeah, scratch that whole married thing, I have too much fun going out on dates or going out and meeting all kinds of random women.

So, I get a text from a lady friend that says she is talking to a female at the gym that really wants to go out on a date, grab dinner and a beer, and just hang out with me this weekend. She will not tell me which girl at the gym it is for some reason, she just said I will recognize her when I see her and that she sees me all the time there but never has the guts to come talk to me. (I feel like I am in high school all over again, oh what fun! seriously, fun stuff! ) I dont know anyone else at the gym but my lady friend, so I know I don't know her. Blind dates in the past have been a lot of fun and also some huge train wrecks. I have no problem talking, keeping a conversation going, making them laugh and putting food and drink in them in a romantic manner. I don't really have a question for you guys and dont need any advice. I might go just to have some fun, but still on the fence right now. Figured this could be a good story time topic if any of you people have funny or serious stories about blind dates you have been on to try and help the love sick people here.

I am not taking sides and could care less about this discussion. But I will say no one ever called you Unethical, so take that out of the quote. Also, talking about getting Scott involved and talking about bannings is a little rediculous. This whole, take everything so personal on a public forum is getting a little out of hand. All I have seen are opinions and options offered and placed out there that could help receover a downed or crippled bird. My opinion is you all should practice way more and kill a bird dead, never pull the trigger again till the last bird shot at is recovered wether its dead or still alive flying. And then once you have shot a bird dead, it should only land in your lap and not touch land or water, this is what I do with 100% of my birdws. And no, I am not going to put a smiley face after that last little paragraph to show you that I am joking. If you cant take that line as a joke and with a grain of salt you all should never be online ever again, the whole internet!

The mental picture I have is you sitting at your desk with a computer in front of you and right beside you to the left is one of your teenage female students sitting on a wood chair, with a cocked leg up ripping a fart.
