I'm listening to them right now, love em. I wish their music had an embedding code so I could put in on my camospace.com site. I tried real good Worship Music but most at camospace.com or MyOutdoorzone.com like Country Music. So I have found some good country music with a positive word to it. www.camospace.com/WhitetailFreakHunter

That is very nice looking. I have told my wife that when I get a newer truck I want to put camo graphics on it.

Well I just got the call that I have been waiting on. Back in January while working for a local Cable Company, I injured my left shoulder when a ladder I was extending up on a snow packed and icy alleyway. The rope that was wrapped around my right hand pulled me off my feet, and I somehow twisted and then landed smack on the corner of my left shoulder (A/C Joint) I had been put on work restrictions and that was fine until the company got the perm restriction on any overhead work, climbing telephone poles and or ladders. They delt with this until May 21st and the NY Office then said to let me go. Well I have been thru physical therapy with no improvement, cortisone injection with no improvement at all. Any and all mobility really adjistates my left shoulder to a point of ... well you get the picture. Well we had been waiting for final approval from Workers Comp for surgery, and I just got the call that it was approved, and the information faxed to the Surgons office. My surgery is schedualed for Monday the 17th so we will see how this goes. I'm right handed so I don't know how this is going to effect the rest of my hunting season thru Thanksgiving week-end. Just need your prayers that this is a good surgery and they get the problem fixed so I can rework the left arm to hold my bow and bowhunt next year.

Simple answer no you will not be center at 100 yards. I had a friend who thought this and always sighted in his rifles at 25 yards and then said he was zero at 100. Then he would complain that he missed his elk. I had to take him to a range where we could sight in at 25 yards... a dead zero. Then I put the target in the 100 yard tunnel. We had zero wind etc, just light. I had him bench his rifle, he shot and now he was about 6" high and 6" Right of center. This could be the reason he missed his elk at 300 yards. We then adjusted his dials and got him center at 100 yards, and then came back where he was about 1" low at 25 yards. Never accept what you do at 20 or 25 yards to mean your on the money at 100 yards.

Pa spotlighting should be ilegal!
Whitetail Freak Hunter replied to bghunter777's topic in Deer Hunting
Yep, we got spotlighting law here in Montana, they still poach too. I guess they just feel it's worth the risk. -
That is one FREAK of a deer there, I sure would love to have one like that in my sights.

Here is a post from Mathews Forum from a user of HSS who had a save today: Now I got a question, will this happen each and every time to a HSS System?

Has anyone ever used Mountian Mike's Mounting Kits? I have several real good mounts that I should of had properly done by a Taxidermist years ago, but didn't. So I had been browsing to at least do them Euro Style using a replicated deer skull. Just needed to know if anyone has done their's this way, and what you all thought of these replication skulls.

When I worked, I just had a habit of getting to work much earlier than needed to have my coffee there. I never did like that rush feeling of getting in the door just with enough time to clock in. I've always been an early riser, even now and I don't go anywhere... go figure.

Canuck2 - I would be on cloud nine if we had that here in NW Montana right now. It's trying, but we just aren't getting it down in the Flathead Valley yet. I can't wait for proper trakin weather. Everyone... get ready to hold fast and shoot straight. Stay safe out there.

I just wanted to take a bit and tell you all that PRAYER does work in a very awesome way. Back in January I injured my left shoulder in a ladder fall that eventually put me out of work, as my employer could not continue to work around my work restrictions. As of May 21, 2008 I was put on Temp Total Disability (TTD for short) So this put me on a very fixed income. My hearing aids got to such a point that I could not hear with them. I had these checked and was told that it would require an overhaul at a cost of $510.00 which we did not have. In passing while talking with our Worship Team Leader at church telling him why I could not sing up front and center with the leaders but had to stay back on the pews. He expressed concern about my ears, and I told him that I was not able to get my hearing aids fixed. Well one Sunday after church, I was handed an envelope that contained almost every penny that I needed to get my hearing aids fixed. The next week I was called by a friend of mine to meet up with him, and he handed me an envelope that contained an amount that filled the need on our delinquent bills. I am still amazed at how God answers prayer. Don't loose heart over matters that you have prayed about, God will answer your needs.
