    Hitting the stand this evening. Got 4 days of firearm season left. Besides tonight I have to work the next 4 days. So whatever walks by tonight is goin to the ground. I need the meat and I don't want to eat tag soup. Lol.

    I as well had a button buck sit under my stand and I grunted and rattled and he just sat there to watch. See if anything showed up. I think they are just too young to know what to do.

    Nailed a 7 point last evening about 5:15! First deer ever with a bow!!!

    Finally in a stand. Haven't had time to hunt since October 3rd .. and this is a brand new spot. I've never hunted it. So hopefully it brings with it a good deer
