Justin(my 9yr old) smoked a doe tonight. it was a good shot but i ran out of daylight tracking her. good blood for about 125yrds. marked the last and backed out. he has a wrestling tournament in the morning but I'm going after her after that. I'm so proud of him.

saw a buck agressively chasing a doe this evening.

way to go the one! we got a shot at this thing guys. the only chance i got to upgrade is a wv hunt on thanksgiving weekend. the best ive done there so far is a six but there is always hope.

took adtvantage of my wife working this morning to make some head soup in her kitchen. added dawn dishwashing liquid and a handfull of cloves(to reduce smell)to the water.took about 4hrs. have to go to a cosmotology supply shop here in town and pick up some peroxide.

getting our first snow right now. it wont stick but i love this time of year.

snowing this morning. cant wait to get out on stand this evening.

very poor choice. his show is definitely on my do not watch list. remember this though. bad decisions can be made with any weapon.

i bought this cam to film my own hunts and its worthless. i have video of a 8pt at less than 15 yards and you can barely even see the deer. forget about low light. if your not in direct sunlight your gonna get a dark screen. videoed two bucks at more than an hour before last light and got nothing but a black screen. this cam is marketed for hunting. it comes with a bow mount and a scope mount. why it has a scope mount i dont know because i videoed a buck at 30yrds and you cant even see the deer at all. do not buy this cam. i contacted customer service a month ago and still havent recieved a reply.

actioned packed sit this afternoon. saw 5 bucks 2 does. an 8 and a ten going at it. every buck came in shooting range niether doe did. if i still had a buck tag it would have been the other way arround. the boy sure is upset he didnt go this afternoon now.lol
