okay i think the pictures are good now i self scored him so its probably not 100% accurate but it he grossed 157 exactly

shot a buck friday night with my shotgun. we only found a few specks of blood in the field so i decided to back out and let him lay. After a very sleepless night we went up to the field and realized there was more blood than we thought. We followed the trail and there he was. i poked him with the gun to make sure and while i was looking at his head i seen him blink! the old buck was still alive. I gave him another shot in his lungs and it sealed the deal. I havent got him scored yet but were guessing 150s its the biggest buck ever killed at my farm and im still young (17).

well i seen the buck i missed in bow season again the first day of gun season i shot and flames came out of my barrel and spoke everywhere the catch is i was shooting a shotgun im not an expert but i dont think a gun should do that missed him completely

I have seen a 3 and a half year old buck iv named BOO three times now. He is a 150 class 8 pointer. The first two times i saw him he wouldnt come close enough, but that third time he came out about 150 yards away and usng the deadly snort wheeze he came trotting to 25 yards and turned into the woods. Once i knew the trail he was traveling i drew my bow and it was the waiting game. He came to 43 yards as i released my arrow he ducked at the last second and i missed by less than an inch. Youth season is approaching and im excited to hunt this deer with my gun. iappolagize for the length of my threaqd i thought it was a cool story to share.

being 16 i have goals to accomplish and dreams to strive for. Some of my dreams in my lifetime of hunting are kill a 170 plus buck with my bow learn a lot about hunting and get the chance to do it on tv. if anyone has tips for me to accomplish these dreams i will take it all in and use it to my advantage. i would like to know some other peoples goals or dreams and if they have been accomplished.

your right mulleyman we have our whole lives ahead of us and have much to learn iv taken hunting as not only a hobby but a life passion and will do it as long as i physically can.

yeah it was around 5 its the only way i can i own a farm an hour away from my actual house so i cant check it like whenever i want or when its the best time too

well i had sat up a spot and put out my trail camera and went to check it today. showed up and there was a doe and fawn in front of my camera at my mineral lick. i was excited knowing id have a few pics when i got to my camera i found that i didnt put in the sd card so it didnt record any pictures. i guess i wont do that again adds some experience though 16 years old and have much more to learn.

my buddy was having the same problem check your knocking point if its not lined up right it will make your arrows kick

me and my buddy were at a shooing competition and both drew our bows back released at the same time and hit arrows in mid air sparks flew and both hit the target his father and our other buddy couldnt believe it they ar both in there 40s us only being 16 and they have never seen anything like it in their lives thats how you know your hunting buddies.

ill put it as simple as i can a lot of braodheads just shoot differently theres different arrow dinamics between them and a field point which makes it fly differently i usually resight my bow in with broad heads

im noone to say whos doing what wrong and whos doing it right, but 80yds is gettin out there and not only does it DOUBLE what could go wrong but that takes all the fun out of a bow hunt i believe. I hunt with a compound and love it i use it in gun because the action is closer and to me is a better hunt, but if someones going to pick up a bow (xbow or compound) and try at that range to me takes all of the fun out of the hunt thats my opinion.

no matter what your using i cant say it enough RAGE RAGE RAGE!!!!! shot a deer with my compound didnt get 20 yds nuff said
