i bought arrows and piped it on about the 8th shot to expensive for me

i have the maxxis its a great bow not sure about the alpha max but if its hoyt it must be good lol hope your happy with your decision

on the last day of ohio muzz. season i harvested a doe that weighed 150lbs field dressed its took me 30 mins to shoot, scared it was a nice buck that had lost its horns. my question is how old do you think this does was with that weight i was thinking around 6 or 7anyone have any guesses?

slickhead we still have a while back here in ohio i missed a doe last night been after her all year shes one of those deer that never eats just watches for hunters i hate slickheads lol

long shots i feel shooting pass 45 yds is a waste of a hunt your out there with a bow to see how close of a shot you can get, its not about trying to shoot as far as a gun that takes away the purpose of a "BOW hunter" who agrees?

keep going i drive and hour to my farm to hunt and i know its frustrating at times iv drove out there about to go out before i realize i had forgotton my release lol i know its rough but i live for it

this yearnot as good i got a 140 class buck last year at just 7yds this year i missed 2 150s with a gun! one only being 35yds! that tought me to trim every branch but i guess thats why im not a fan of gun strickly bow next year

im a new member and true lover of bow hunting at the age of 16 i get in the woods evbery chance i get if things dont go right oh well.... thats hunting anyone has tips i would love to hear anything people have to say thank you
