Thanks! I was somewhere around 235/240 when I started. I've cut 99% of my sweets, dring water and power ade, and just don't eat the amounts I used to. Plus the one project I'm doing I'm on my feet alot, so that probably helps as well.

Down to 213 last thursday. Not even exercising. Looking back, I just wonder what I WAS eating all this time

Joined up with some friends last week and did a little catfishing in NE Oklahoma. I brought home 15gl of filets, and as of Thur morning, another guy had 12gl. Ended up with a 40 blue and flathead, no pic of the blue as it was dark. Got word last night that a new lake record blue was caught yesterday, 65lbs. It's a freakin monster! Here are a few pics:

I'm a lutker as well. I don't have near the time I used to to sit around and read/post to everything. But the one thing I have seen, that just chaps my butt, is there is one person here ALWAYS IMO pushing the "boundaries", and in years past, alot of his bunk would not have been allowed. Maybe I'm the one that changed, and maybe I'm in a better place these days, and just don't wanna see alot of the junk I see here anymore.

That's right, the R100 is coming to Central Ok, Tecumseh to be exact. May 21-22. Can't wait, I shot it last year in Roanoke, Tx. This place is in my back yard!
