Look at it again, actually a couple of times. The first time watch Brad, his car is right on the yellow line and never moves up. The second time watch Carl, even a blind person can see that Carl moves down on him. I would suggest turning your volume off, listening to DW may confuse you.

Funny you should say that, I just watched the replay on the Speed channel. It is very clear that Carl came down on Brad. Maybe you need to get you some new glasses and rewatch it. Pretty sure I ain't blind.

That is where it should have happened, if he didn't have the courage to do it behind the hauler, in the first place. A lot safer, and if he has any skill at all, he should have been able to do it without getting in trouble.:argue:

It would have been hard for him to take that stance with the cameras showing what they showed. You keep bringing up Earnhardt, how many times did he wreck a guy going down the straightaway at 185 mph? I would bet the majority of his were not like that. Still pretty stupid and cowardly of Carl to do it the way he did. If he was really upset, he should have done what Spencer did, with his helment off, of course. Face it, no matter how you look at it, you know what he did was wrong. He is just lucky he didn't get someone seriously hurt or killed. And I am not talking about Brad, he had all the protection in the world. The fans didn't. And that is where Carl knowing almost put Brad.

I will tell you who is happy about this. Kyle Busch. He just got a free pass to wreck whoever he pleases and not have to worry about any consequences.

We had a lot of nice pictures taken of deer this year. This contest is not for the best deer, but the best field picture. The voting for this did not produce a clear top 3 so there are a few more that were tied. You will have 7 choices. Should he be punished for purposely wrecking Brad K.? When they interviewed him afterwards, he basically admitted he did it on purpose but didn't mean to flip him. What are your thoughts?

Haven't made it all the way through the video yet, my download is kind of slow, but it seems to be skewed towards saving those cute little puppies and not worrying about ANYTHING else. Wish I had one on the wall.

Sounds to me like it was debated all week, and then when many senators weren't there, Durbin tried to slide something through that many didn't agree with earlier. Don't know all the facts, but I think there might be more to this story than what is in the link you posted.
