Stick with it Corey....the results and self confidence you gain when people start asking you if you workout, or what is your secret, are you on roids, etc, really makes it all worth it. I've been back in the gym for a year and a half and 9 months hard core. I feel great.
One key thing your gonna have to shape up if you wanna get in shape is your diet. Eat lots of protein and lots of lean foods. Grill steamed tilapia is one of my favorites. If you don't diet right, all the working out in the world is just gonna make your fat roll harder. Fuel your body right and it will react right.
