Hey everyone , This thursday I leave for Malta, Montana bow hunting on the milk river.. As we all know Realtree for the last ump teen years has showcased this area on the Monster Buck dvds.. Hopefully I can keep it going. Im not hunting where Realtree hunts just about 20 miles or so west of them. Up at 345am to get to the airport and will or should arrive in time to glass the alfalfa fields in the evening. So cross your fingers for me, I think I got the monkey of my back with the moose kill a few weeks ago.. And if if mother nature is good to me weather wise ....um we'll see. Ill being sending texts to a few guys to help this hunt going ...talk to ya soon oh yea Clint (southeast ks bowhunter) is my faithfull cameraman

I leave for Montana for a bow hunt on the Milk river . Will do it as a live hunt , as in the past. If its ok Ill use Todd in Missouri, Joe in Ny, Kyle in Ok( really Pa. lol) and a few others . If anybody cant shoot me a message. Tim

I did moose steaks on the grill...Unbelievable! tender,tasty.. My daughter informed me that she thinks I should do more moose hunts ..LOL

Ended up with 320lbs of boned out meat, saw a chart that says for every 100lbs live weight you get 40lbs of meat so it works out he was around 800 lbs.. Not to bad. The rack was your average Nf rack not like the Yukon moose which get 60 inches
