I have done commercial diving for awhile(not steady) but last summer I messed up my ears really bad and scared to go back for atleast a year ....I kinda miss the extra cash ....nothing beats 7 hours underwater a day LOL I find it relaxing and very injoyible ....I think if you like to swim go for it ....its a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: 10 gauges? Overrated!!! I have a single shot Stevens 10 ga along with a browning gold ....I have shot the single shot 10 while leaning my shoulder against a rock LOL *ouch* LOL but I have shot around 2 cases + of 10 ga loads this year alone and I don't mind the recoil ....I think its just the thought of a 10 ga I will never go back to a 12 unless my 10 ga breaks LOL much much better

[/ QUOTE ] Good point. Usually you will find that the areas that allow baiting are over-populated with deer, and baiting is allowed, to enhance the success rate of hunters. Like so many have said above, baiting is not as easy as it sounds and can get expensive and futile if your after Mr. big. I'm not going to lower myself and use the term real hunters do this or real hunters do that, or rate someone as to whether they are a hunter or not, based on the amount of effort they put forth during hunting season, whether I agree with baiting or not. If it's legal, then you as a hunter have the option of using it or not using it, plain and simple. Legal is Legal, and if we as hunters want to change the laws, then we shouldn't be calling each other names, we should be writing letters and stating our case to those who make the laws. Re: Good bye small game season I only went rabbit hunting 3 times this year but and just had a ball laltey and it has ended oh well bass fishing starts april 1st

I had a great season as far as meeting new freinds to hunt with .....I got to kill good #s of eiders and scooters out of 2 of the boats I designed and built ....so I guess it don't get much better ...all I hunted was seaducks this year and 2 days for greenwing teal

we had a blast today it was cold snowing and the dogs barking their haeds off the second dog from the left is the mother of all 3 other dogs and the 2 dogs onthe far left are my good buddys and has had about 250 rabbits of them this year just outstanding dogs
