    I can't............

Re: I can\'t............ I hate to add to everyone's comments but they are all right. As someone who has been out of college for only a few years (5) I understand your frustrations. I had to limit my hunting those 4 years I was at school and focus on the future. Just remember it will all pay off. I now have a great job that allows me to buy all of the 'hunting toys' I want and I have all of the vacation time I could ever need for hunting. So a few years of limited hunting is well worth the 50+ years after that.

    ez hanger

Re: ez hanger I have had the 3 arm ez hanger for 3 years now and have never had a problem. I do not leave it in the woods and screw it into every stand I hunt out of so it has been in and out of trees a lot. I have noticed I need to screw it all of the way in to the square tubing to get it to stay in position and not make any noise but that is what the box said to do.

    tree lounge

Re: tree lounge I went back and forth with the Tree Lounge for several years before I bought mine. I have had it for 3 years now and absolutely love hunting out of it. Unfortunately I do not use it as often as I would like for many of the same reasons others have mentioned. The biggest being the bulk. It is just a little heavy and awkward to get in the woods and set up. However once it is on the tree it is great. When I do use it I leave it locked to the base of the tree when I am not in it. As far as comfort you can not go wrong. Especially with the bow hunting platform. It is great to have the option of standing up and stretching when you have been sitting for a while. The accessories I have are: - bow hunting platform - bow holder - gun holder - chill pad - steep angle pad I use both pads every time I am in the stand and it makes it very comfortable. So comfortable I tend to doze off for a bit.

    Late Bloomer

I guess I am a bit of a late bloomer... It only took me 2.5 years to start my antler growth.

  22. Re: Rut Junkies Hey everyone. Sorry I have not posted yet. The last month has been crazy for me. I just got married on October 1st so with all of the last minute planning and the honeymoon I have not had time to visit the forum until tonight. I am 27 years old and hunt in Western New York. Our archery season opens this Saturday (the 15th). Hopefully the weekend goes well and I can add to our points. Good luck everyone.

    Taxidermy

Re: Taxidermy Try Ray Stone (585-335-7138) in Dansville or John Jones (607-545-6099) in Canaseraga. I have had work done by both and have been very happy. Here are some examples of their work: Ray Stone: John Jones :
