    Thank You

Somebody needs to be the ROCK in the family Norm. Sounds like your it. We laid our uncle to rest this morning, kind of know what your going through. Trying to be strong for everyone is a demanding job!
  2. Thinking about my September beach vacation. Ill be doing more surf fishing this year. While getting some things ahead, I remembered that Ill need a sand spike. So while getting the materials which included the 2" PVC pipe. Thought Ill make that target stand as well. Now I have the wood for the stand, just didn't have them in for the pic. Here is the web site I got the instructions for the target stand. http://www.nwtf.org/tv_magazines/images/GITG_PVC_target_stand.pdf Here is the sand spikes, I only needed one, but with the materials I bought I made two. All the metal fasteners are stainless, the spike is aluminum. The way I figured, the target stand cost about $12 to make, the sand spikes cost $38 for the pair. Not bad when spikes like this cost anywhere from $25 to $40 a piece from what I seen on line here. By the way, to make all three you will need only one ten foot PVC pipe. Seven foot needed for the target stand, three foot for the spikes.
  3. Looks like an awesome place!!! Nice browns too!
  4. Are you repelling in and out??? LOL! Just kidding! Good luck, show us some pics!!!
  5. Look, did I say all unions were lazy? NO! Its great that your union is doing what you want. Try working for a union where all the employees are more worried about your hours you have in, and the responsibilities of each person and not in what THEY ARE DOING!!!. I am more interested in getting the job done and moving onto the next job! Again, this was my one and only union job I will ever have. My opinion about unions today, they are some of the problems why some jobs are going over-seas. Being a printer, and seeing the printers across this country losing their jobs due to the customers taking their work to china, burns my butt! Why are they going to china? Because its cheaper to print over there! There, they don't have to pay a higher costs, due to some union!
  6. I never said that!!! Just stating my experience with a union I worked in. Look, did I say all unions were lazy? NO! Its great that your union is doing what you want. 7. HIGHLY TRAINED??? Funny, the only union I ever worked for. The other employee's that worked with me, were LAZY! EXACTLY!!! In this day and age. Its no wonder that employers are taking their work over seas! Unions were great 50 years ago. Not now!
  8. Been thinking about getting one for my bow. Just wanted to pick your brains.

    Pro Wrestling?

No thats real! LMBO!!! Hey, I just gave my opinion. That doesn't mean anything but to me! Have fun with it if this is what you like!
  10. My boss at work has them and loves them! I plan on getting one hopefully before the archery season opens. He has the older ones too. Been out for about nine months now, still on the same set of batteries too! Oh yeah, that plastic piece that moves on the old ones, is not on the newer ones! Too many people returned them thinking it was a broken piece. Its actually a filter for the IR cam at night. Its still there, but locked in place now.

  15. OUCH!!! That's what you will be saying!!! LOL!!!!!!
  16. The Bohning Jig will do almost any size vane or feather you need. However, the Bohning Blazer Helix Jig. I do not know if the 2 1/4" vanes will fit this jig because it was designed for Blazers. I would tend to think that they wont fit.
  17. Let me know! Because I am already thinking about what kind of wraps and what kind of Blazers for her. If I can get them un-fletched too!
  18. Can you you say NFTA??? I don't care what anybody says about this! I am a printer, I seen how many jobs went over to china. But I am starting to see that china's printers are doing a very bad job, and some of the work is coming back to the USA.
  19. How much per dozen? My daughter would go crazy for a dozen of pink arrows for her bow!
