I don't dislike him as much as I used to but I still like to see him in the fence (as long as he's not hurt)! The only thing that would have made that better is if Tony would have hit the wall with him. I'm a Rusty Wallace fan and Gordon has cost him a few wins over the years. Bump and runs at Bristol on the last couple laps but that's racing. I think that's all Tony ment to do because he barely touched him but Gordon ended up wrecking. We'll see how they handle it in the future. BTW... I hope to see Rusty bump and run Gordon one more time before the season is over and what better place for it to happen then the next Bristol or Martinsville race! Eric

Re: THANKS !!! Mr. Stewart I must admit... I was happy to see Gordon in the wall! Stewart seemed to just barely touch him though. If they had more spoiler I don't think that wreck happens. (I could say if Gordon had skills he would have saved it but I won't go there! ) Tony should have been a little more patient though. I think Gordon's interview was respectful. He's pissed and I can't blame him. Curious as to where he might retaliate though... big tracks coming up on the schedule the next few weeks. They will probably get it worked out before Pocono. I wouldn't call Gordo a whiner after that but it was cool to see him pissed of after eating the outside wall! BTW... Rusty got a top 5 for a change and is 7th in points. Who knows... Eric

How embarressing for both him and his sponsor.I would be very surprised if was given a 3rd chance after such a short time between offenses. Some people never learn! Eric

Re: Bowfin anyone? We catch them here in VA too. We call them Grinnel here. (don't know why) They can sure eat a lot of fish. I throw them out of some of the ponds I fish. Some have too many big ones. Biggest I've caught was 10 lbs. Fun to catch though for sure however they can sure mess up some tackle. Catch one on a spinnerbait and you can throw that bait away! Eric

Re: Stripers That's a nice Striper! We catch some big ones in the Chesapeake Bay here. Not uncommon to see fish in the 45"-48" range and weighing 40-50 lbs. Rare to catch them that big in the rivers though. Great pics! Eric

Re: NHL FALLOUT I'd almost like to see this happen to all pro sports. You have to draw a line at some point on what the players are going to get paid. The more they get paid the more the cost of tickets go up. I used to go watch our local hockey team till the prices of stuff got higher and higher and I seemed to get less and less. Baseball has gotton out of hand. A-Rod is an awesome player but... is he really worth $25 mil. a season? TO in football signed a contract last year and now wants more. It's absurd. It's not that they need more money... they just think they are better than the next guy who makes more so they want more. They have a good year and think they should get more. I had a great sales year last year but my boss isn't giving me a 300% raise this year. Maybe I should hold out! Yea right... I'd be looking for another job!! I'm disgusted with pro sports these days and I've played everything from baseball to tennis to football. I love sports but there's very little appreciation for the game anymore... it's all about money. My Tarheels won the Nat. Championship this year and now 7 of them are turning pro. I understand the (few) seniors but so much for my excitement for next year. They want the big bucks. I'm loosing interest in college B-ball now too. Where does it end? I guess 15 years from now the next A-Rod will make $50 mil. a year! Do I sound upset? Sorry for venting my sports frustration! Eric

Re: Danica Patrick Because of her... the ratings for watching the race were up 40% from last year. I wouldn't have cared to watch the race other than to see how she did.I think she did a great job. The reason she stayed out on that caution was because Bobby said it was their best chance to win the race. It was his decision not hers. I think I would listen to the car owner too. She will be great for the IRL if she can continue to do well. Eric

Re: NY Yankees Yea... that was pretty bad. I had to change the channel when it was 12-0 cause it was toooo painful to watch! I noticed the O's handed it to the Sox last night though. I'm surprised at how well they are playing. Wonder how long that will last? Eric
