Re: Boat Length? My brother just bought a 2002 Triton TR21 with a 225 Mercury Optimax. That is one sweet ride. It takes some time getting use to the handling once it gets to 65+ mph but once you get a feel for it it's fine. Will do about 74 mph. I personally wouldn't get a boat under 18' but depending on where your fishing... it may not matter too much. My brother and I tournament fish and on places like the Potomac River it can get pretty rough. A bigger boat won't beat you up as bad. He was going to get a Bass Cat but got a GREAT deal on the Triton plus the Triton is a lot wider than the Cat. As far as motors go... wouldn't buy anything but a MERC! Hope you get a good one! Re: Schilling Who? Hey... when you Red Sox fans can show me 26 World Championship rings then you can talk the talk. The Yankees started slow last year and ended up winning the division so I'm not sweating that right now. I'll give it to you... you have a great team but give the Yankees their props. Yes they have the best team "money" can buy but at least we have an owner who's willing to spend the money to put the best team he can on the field every night. If some of these other owners spent the money on great players they would fill their stadiums too and make a bit more money and maybe contend for a title. Like him or not George is all about winning and filling seats and he has the rings to prove it works!! Eric

Re: Summer SoftBall Started. I had my first tournament this past weekend. We played 4 games and won it. I know what you mean about sore. I didn't realize how bad of shape I was in. Did crush it though. 13/16 with 4 jacks. We start our league ball this Thursday. I should be recovered by then! We had to play with .44 core 375 compression balls this weekend. Guess we won't be hitting rocks anymore! BTW I broke my Fury this weekend. Guess I'll be in the market for a new bat. I will probably get an Easton Synergy. Eric

Re: Bass moving shallow Here's a picture I took of the 4.8 that I caught. I was by myself so I did the best I could. Not a great pic but you can see she had a fat gut! I have a tournament this weekend and hope to catch a limit this size! Wouldn't that be awesome! Eric
