I hunted Saturday morning for the first time this season.Seen a few does,but no shots.The wind was light,but swirling pretty bad.It felt good to be in the woods again and get the ticker pumping from seeing a few does up close.Highs are still in the 80's here, so hopefully it will cool off soon.

That's how I feel too.I wouldn't even consider Petrozzeli a top contender in light heavy weight or heavy weight division butI think Kimbo would win that fight 9 out of 10 times. Kimbo/Arlovski would be a good test for Kimbo.

I use the cheap $40 20' climbing sticks and bought a Hunters View lock on stand a two years ago for $45.If you shop around you can easily get a set for around $100.

Brought my daughter to another game last night.Blues handled the leafs 7-3.I know the pre-season doesn't mean much, but so far I like what i see from the Blues. The playoffs may be a stretch, but they should win their share of games.Tons of young talent from Oshie,Perron, and Stasny, and veterans Boyes and McDonald have gotten off to a great start. We shall see.

Our bow season opened today.I have plans to hunt Saturday morning and scout some public ground a little closer to home in the afternoon.

I have a scent blocker suit that I won two years ago.I totally agree that carbon clothing works.The thing I am not sold on is the re-activation.I have read studies that say a dryer does not get near hot enough to re-activate the carbon.I also believe, correct me if I'm wrong, that the carbon in garments are only good for a year or two, and with the price of the stuff it's hard to justify replacing all your camo every one or two years.

I figured you'd through your 2 cents in wisenheimer. The Vikes aren't looking so good,but at least their not the worst team in the league.They actually surprised me with how well they played last year.Maybee they can get things turned around in the next few weeks.It looks like they have a fairly tough schedule though.

I would contact Moultrie.I had the flash go out on my D40 and they took care of it.Pretty good customer service my experience.
