    Am I crazy??

Seems like when you make a reply it's not sending the post to the top of the page. The times on the threads are all out of whack and not in order anymore. Is it just me? Not that it really matters that much, but I don't like change.
  3. I know the feeling. My little girl is in "almost kindergarten" this year. She goes everyday for three hours. The first day was pretty rough, but luckilly she really enjoys it so that makes it a little easier.Next year she'll ride the bus and go to "big kid school" for kindergarten and it will happen all over again. Great pics Muff!
  4. I got a free Stryker from G5 last year to try out.It looks like a great head. It's super sharp and flew right in with my field points and Crimson Talon heads.
  5. Wow!That really took off! Looks great William!
  6. I planted a plot of Hotspot and mixed in a little Shot Plot brassica about two weeks ago.If I make it up to the farm this weekend I'll take a few pics. It's my first time with it, so hopefully it does well.
  7. Congrats to both of you! Love the cake!
  8. Sorry to here about your Grandmother Cinch. It's 57 degrees this morning.I can't wait to get in the stand! If the weather cooperates i plan on hanging my stands this weekend.
  9. I really enjoy watching Chuck fight.I wonder if he's close to retirement. He'll have a long road to get another title shot.
  10. I'm in! I heard about the park closings last week.Another one of Blago's meathead moves.
  11. Sweet!Congrats on the doe! It's nice to get some points on the board early. Team name doesn't matter much to me.So far I like "Backstraps and bones" the best.
  12. Randy will have his hands full, but i think he'll pull out a win. Pretty good fight card for this one.
  13. Last year I planted rape and turnips and just broadcast it on top of the soil and it grew pretty darn good.
  14. Just checking in! My name is Tim.I'll be hunting in Illinois from October through January.I got my food plots in last weekend,so all that's left is to hang a few stands!
  15. Rookieee is correct. It's a high fenced preserve,so they don't have to follow all of the the DNR regs. and rifles are allowed there.
  16. Awesome!He couldn't have made a better choice!
  17. I have a set of 35" Mickey Thompson MTZ's on my pick up.They have a pretty aggressive tread and are fairly soft.Great for driving through the soup and decent on the road.Mine are about 50% worn, so it looks like I'll end up getting about 35,000 miles out of them.I had a set of BFG's about 10 years ago and they weren't that great, but they must have made some improvements over the years because they are a pretty popular tire, and 50,000 miles is pretty good for a set of truck tires.I think my next set will be Pro Comp tires. They are a little pricey, but if you get them at the right time they have a buy three get 1 free deal.

    Seat Belts

I didn't wear one for years.IMO it's not the states place to tell me that I have to wear it.That being said, since I've had kids I wear one almost every time I get in a vehicle.
  19. That's kind of what I was thinking. Our morning dews have been pretty heavy for a few weeks now.It also looks like they've added a chance of rain for next Thursday, and with a 50% chance tonight,I think I'm going to go ahead and get it planted. Thanks for the help guys!

    Maximum Range

Welcome to the forums! I shoot a 2004 Bowtech Liberty @ 65 lbs and 29" with 2219 aluminum arrows and 100 grain tips.I practice out to 40 yards, but my bow is not too fast,so 30 yards is my limit on deer.
  21. Yikes!Get well soon Jeramie! We're praying for you brother!
  22. Here's the deal....I 've been wanting to get my fall plots seeded for the past week now,but we have not had a drop of rain in quite a while. We are supposed to get rain Friday, and I was thinking about planting on Thursday night. The problem is there is not any rain in the forecast for next week.I'm not sure if I should go ahead and plant on Thursday and hope for the best, or if I should try and wait another week to see if they put some more rain in the forecast. My mixes are mostly rape, oats, austrian winter peas, wheat, turnips, buckwheat, and wintergreen peas. I'm curious to here what everyones opinion is.
