First off I am against the anti hunters and yes I think that they were harassing the hunt club BUT have you seen these pigeon shoots???? to me its just not right.....I am a hunter I don't make birds jump out of a box 20 or 30 yards away from me so I can shoot it with my shotgun....just not my kind of thing I guess....what do you guys think?

Mine is a masterbuilt propane or charcoal.....only used it 3 times so far but getting it up to 225 and staying there seems very easy so far.

hey I know this should be in the cooking forum but I thought it may be seen here more. I got a new smoker and have tried out 2 things...1 being drum stick and I made the rub WAY to spicy then some ribs that came out a little dry and I think I smoked them a little to much so what I am asking is how many of you guys have smokers and could you share some good rubs with me and some cooking tips.....I am trying a Kansas City rub tonight on a pork shoulder. Thanks guys....I was up with the family yesterday......very sad and lots of tears....today I am off to say goodbye to my dear cousin at a family viewing.....things are very sad here at home....she was a great girl and will be missed dearly.

I don't ask this very much but last night my cousin lost her battle with cancer......she leaves behind 2 young children, husband and a very upset family......RIP Debbie I will miss you

I know there are not many hockey fans here but to us Canucks tomorrow mornings game will be HUGE.....I am leaving work early to get home to see the puck drop......mmmmm beer and hockey at 7am....lol :beer::drink:

yep lots of ice here this year......years ago we would be driving from the Island to Kingston in winters like this,,,,but now there are laws against us doing that....to many people lost their lives when their cars went though.
