Re: How many atv wrecks? Have been riding since I was 2 or so I am told. I have no idea of how many over the years I almost 24 now so I am sure there are quite a few. Thank god i have not broken a bone yet. I think I am fixing to sell my sportbike and buy a utility atv. I already have a sport quad(400ex) and I need something I can use at out 1600 acre lease.

Re: favorite huntin snack Thermos full of hot coffee and fruit. Occasionaly a candy bar or sandwich. I just hate anything that has a plastic wrapper.

Re: Loading a deer Dunno how much it cost but they made those swinging lift winches that use a pulley sysemt to pick it up and then the arm swings around into the bed.

Re: Saw some nice deer this weekend Yeah I took moms gun to the shop and it was way off. She is still upset and mad because I did not shoot him. I could have he was in my sights at 75 yards. I should have just went out and hunted with mom and that puppy would be caped out by now. By the way he was not found on the other property.

Went down to Archer County in Texas and we saw some nice ones. My moms boss has a lease down there and he let me come down to kill a doe because their doe to buck ratio is 10:1. I saw a huge 12 pointer, nice 6 pointer and tons of spikes. Mom shot the 12 pointer i saw but as of now we have yet to find it. It jumped the fence onto another piece of land and we had to track the guys down to ask permission. She also saw a huge 8 point and my step dad say a 9 point and the 8 point mom saw. Mom was sitting there sunday and over 30 deer came across the field. The guys up the road said they were sitting in there blind and over 125 deer walked up with 12 different bucks. He shot a nice 9 point. Oh and step dad shot a 250 lb Hog.

Re: Any advise?? Change your hunting pattern for a day. Sleep late go out about 10:30 or 11:00 and stay the rest of the day. Then you will know if they are running in the middle of the day.

Re: Strange phone call I pulled up on a wreck one night first one on the scene. Lady swerved to miss a deer. She ended up taking out a truck and the deer. Anyway I asked the cops when they arrived what they were doing with the doe. He says "You actually want that" My reply" **** yeah" The firemen loaded it up for me and the cop made me out a carcass tag. Nothing like Fresh Roadkill!!!!!! LOL
