in a way i like it and in a way i dont cause in some places there just aint the deer population like there use ot be now thats just another way to kill more deer come on i hunt mtns and farm land and in both places i have seen deer population drop in the last 5 to 8 years i been hunting befor when we woul go to the cabin it woull be nothing to see 10 deer a day for years now were lucky to see one doe and once in a few years a good shooter buck i think only people who cant pull a bow back should be able to use them now i dont like the idea

i did the same thing but while sittign in my grams toilet thismorning to a rabbit at the edge of the woods and gram yells that my pet i feed i said hes my lunch now yes my gram and pap live in the country there toilet is next ot a window witch faces the woods i shot hi mafter doign my businnes on the toilet jsut walekd cross the haul grabed paps 22 and took one shot ot the head

how abotu soem small pots and how to get them going back in the middle of the wood in small clears or say old logging roads and or powerlines that u can plant on or next too some guys dont got alot of land but want plots to help keep deer coming to ther property. not all plots gotta be on big scale i am thinking liek 1/4 to 1/2 acer plots

should i use red or white clover or both and would it hurt to the soem liek shaddy grass seed mix in with it or some rye out in the plot in the fall i wanna plant the clover in the spring

i am looking for a good deer and small game food plot. the area i am plantign is in the middle of the woods get between 3 to 5 hours of light mostly filtered. i want a food plot for the deer turkey and rabbits and the ocasianl pheasnt and grouse. the area were i wanna plant is abotu 100' by 100' with some small trees and 2 brier patches. i can onyl get a small disc on a garden tractor and a atv up threw there. i thank you for all your help

hay whats a good brand shot and shot size for a 12ga 2/34in remington i am using remington gameshot number 8 shot from when my dad use to go small game and now i am gettign bacjk into it they been aroudn fopr a few years and still work should i keep using them and buy soem more remington i am also wonderign what you guys use i am hunting rabbits and squirrels

yeah i shto a reflex bighorn althing i killed so far was small game hopefully tonight or this week ill conect with the big one had them in sight lastnight goann do soem stalkign yet today and maybe get a shot in i love my reflex and yeah i dont have any reflex gear other than the bow that came with the hat

seen 6 deer total tonight a mom and 2 fawns abotu 50 yards couldnt get them to come closer so no shot and then i seen 3 gross the logging road abotu 400 yards down right around 620 witch was dusk so couldnt even make a stock but tomarrow am ill be after them all again no work means i am going hunting saturday my dad saw a black bear 5 doe and 3 buck and 2 were atleast a 8 maybe one was a 10 drew buck but they took off so all looks good for me tomarrow been watchign deer move alot now

whats the best scents to use in the woods while bow hunting from early oct to mid nov here in pa

well i tried setting up a little rang for me and my buddies abotu 5 target so far we keep 2 there all the tiem one little square peice of foam on a uphill shot abotu 18 yards and one that was made from feed bags sutffed with feed bags and the yardage for that target is 10 20 and 30 with a dip between the taget and 10 yard steak as soon as i get back from vacation me and my one buddy plan on working on it alot more and getting some more targets or making soem more outta of feed bags and flocks of foam and foam insulation we jsut use whatever we got that will be good to shot at plus i also have a block 4x4 that we set up at differant yardeges up and down hill jsut make it all fun in the little bit of woods we have to use jsut my 2 cents

will deer eat honey locas seed pods i have some here in my back yard on the tree and was wondering if deer would eat them if i cut them off and put them on a pile next to my salt licks

when fishing minnows for trout i use a needle to thread the line threw the mouth and out the butt hole and then slip on a treble hock might be able ot try the same
