  1. This year i bought a pair of scentblocker neehigh insulated boots and a pair of scentshield socks and im really loving them. I have had rockeys b4 these boots, the scentblocker are stupied comfy, eazy to get on and off. NO SHOE LACES!!!!!!!!!!!! my rockeys the shoe laces kept falling apart. The SB are crazy light and so far i been hunting up to -10 with no problems with having cold feet. Tomorow im spost to be hunting im -20 so im gonna slap some hot pads in the mix But SB we're well worth the cash, You can buy some on ebay if you watch for around 90 bucks for brand new ones
  2. more pictures of her in the outdoors, That was her first bear and me and her in the bassboat
  3. i tryed returning it, the store owner said no. He said i finaly got ride of the treestand im not taking it back.
  4. If its legal to use bait i would bait them with bails of alpha (if theres snow) and corn if not. Late year there very hungry after the rut and are trying to put some fat on there bodys. High protein food works awesome.
  5. A big buck around here will go 300 pounds field dressed. I have heard some ppl geting them in the 350 class.
  6. I thought id post other pictures of her hunting. This is her 2nd bear "are son in the picture" She shot this bear with a 300 ultramag. Dropped im in his tracks, she shot 2 this fall. Also a picture of me and her going duck hunting
  7. We are in northern canada, are deer are the size of small horses Last year i went to ohio for the first time and i couldn;t believe how deer we're small. A 1 1/2 year old deer is approx the size of a 3 1/2 in ohio id say. Body wise. For me it was really hard to judge deer in ohio cuz they all looked like monster racks cuz there bodys we;re so small.
  8. The date on the camera is wrong, that was yesterday.
  9. Well i'll make a lil story out of it. My wife has such bad luck in the deer woods its amazing. Its been 2 years now shes been hunting with me and saw 1 deer in 2 years . The deer was closed now where we hunt and she hadn;t got a deer. So i took her to a new zone to try and get her to harvest a deer, Are tag was just good for a buck in that zone and it was bow only. I told her for her first deer i didnt care how big it was. Yesterday was the last day she was gonna hunt of the year, and she finaly shot a lil buck at about 15 yards. She was so excited she told me the story how it happend at least 20 times Oh the deer was shot with a excalibur equinox, gold tip carbon arrow and Rage 3 blades, Deer didn;t even go 30 yards
  10. What i do is put a role of toillet paper in thoes old tabbaco can's There round and the exact same size as a role of toillet paper. Then i put menthalhydrate (not sure if thats the spelling) It burns really well and dosn;t smell or make a sound. Now thats a tip from a northern canadien
  11. Apart from the dents in the truck it wasn;t that bad, a day i will never forget for the rest of my life
  12. Well we went deer hunting at this new place this year, Well I started by setting up my gf in a ladder stand, everything went well. So me and and my buddy leave to go somplace else because sombudy was allreayd where we had planned to hunt. So we find this new road and figure we will just walk it tell we hit the first deer trail " we are hunting migrating deer" Well we kept walking and walking and walking, i guess we hit a dead spot where deer dont pass. We walked 2 hours in nee high snow with are treestands on are back can crossbows in are hands. At this point we are both soak and ready to go give up and go back home but we drove 2 hours to get to the place so we said we would hunt anyways. We started driving down the road looking for more deer trails to hunt, I stop and one to see if lots of deer have passed, When i started moving forward the truck started going a bit towards the ditch skiding sidways. So i floored the truck and well that didn;t work the truck and trailer skid into the ditch "approx 4-5 feet of snow in there" After about 2 hours we finaly get the truck out of there with a few new dents in the truck Then we still had to get the trailer out of there. "16 foot inclosed trailer" We had to go into town and pay a farmer to come pull out the trailer. Allright we are finaly out We bring the trailer out of the bush and just go in with the truck/quad alone. So i drop my buddy off at one deer trail "he hunted 40 yards from the road" he wanted to see the road from where he hunted. I keep going down the road to another spot i bring the atv in to put feed i stuck the atv to the feenders in snow/water/mud. After about 10-15 min of aholta flooring i finaly got the atv out "bruteforce 650" Well by this time i got about 1h30min left of hunting in my day and im covered in mud with my camo suit i was using for hunting. Me and my buddy Didn;t even see a freaken deer. My gf saw 5 but didn;t get any shots. sorry for making a long story but it was a lonnggggggggg day
  13. here u go, and they go for 359 at bassproshops
  14. id sell the pos 200 And i tryed it, its eazy to tell if u like a treestand after you try it. The seat barly fits me with just a coat and jeans on. I hunt in northern canada where its -20 to -30 in the late parts, and with 7-8 layers on theres no way im gonna fit in this treestand. I could fit MAYBE one cheek thats apart from the fact its a pos
  15. yeah, not really intrested in trying to make this treestand work. After you hunt out of a summit all the rest feel like big pos's. Im just gonna sell the thing
  16. The mass on the bases of his horns is pretty big, that deer is no younger then 4.5 and he will score over 135 no problem. He might even be in the low 140's. When you score a deer mass gives alot of inches.
  17. selling it for 100 would just anger me more about buying this treestand.
  18. If i was a 90lbs girl maybe i wouldn;t mind the stand. I barly fit in it. When i climb the tree both my nees go on each side of the tree its so small. The foot hookups is just plain no good, If you put sombudy very weak to climb with it they wont be able to get back down because of where you have to hook up your feet. ( i know this because my gf couldn;t get back down) Its right close to the tree. The seat is so uncomfy its unreal I feel cramped, Also to carry it they give you these 2 lil thin straps that jab in your sholders. Summit give you this nice thick V strab so its supported by your neck and sholders. I just dont understand how sombudy could like this thing. The ONLY thing i like about the lonewolf is the base part is very grippy. All i'll be thinking the hole time id be in it would be "this was a waist of money i should of bought another summit"
  19. I Just got this lone wolf treestand today. I put it toghter and climb a tree once with it. So its basicly brand new, I personaly dont like it. But 95% of ppl love it, But anyways Best offer takes this treestand.
  20. Unless you stand up all day i dont see how anybudy could like this treestand. I would have trouble seating in it for 30min. IMO anybudy that likes this treestand is because they never tryed a summit, I would walk 10miles with the bulky summit on my back thats 3lbs more then walk 10 feet with this lonewolf. If anybudy wants this lonewolf at a GREAT price just pm me. Just pm me with offers
  21. There is no geting use to it. The top part is way to light you just nudge it and it falls down. The seat is just unreal uncomfy. Im so disapointed. I did this trade with a local store because i had a brand new moultrie camrea he wanted. I called the owner back to give him back his treestand and he didn;t wanna take it back. Im gonna call lonewolf tomorow, not sure what im gonna say but im gonna see if they can maybe do somthing for me.
  22. well i tryed the lone wolf today. Well its the biggest POS i have ever used, its uncomfy and unsafe. This treestand does not hold a candle to ANY summit. Wow am i ever disapointed, and the guy wont take it back. I would not recomend this treestand to sombudy i hated.
