Its all in the marketing but if you read up on stuff you can get to form your own opinion. Personally, moderation in those "energy" drinks is worthwhile. check out WebMD before you take stuff/eat stuff etc when you have a concern. Lots of diet stuff, energy drinks and the like are well covered by Web MD info.
