how to post a poll?

First night went a lot better than I expected. I decided to let her stay out of her kennel just to see what happens. By the time I got done brushing my teeth she was up in my bed. I stayed awake till 10:30 or so while see was sawing logs. Set the alarm for 4:15. Alarms goes off, to my surprise this was the first time waking up for me during the night, I would have bet she would have woke me up but she didnt. Anyhow, alarm goes off and I roll over and Maggie is passed out on her back in the middle of the bed with her head on the pillow. I set the alarm for 5 and let her sleep a little longer. 5 rolls around and she is in the exact same position so I get up and take a shower. When I get dressed I finally wake her up. All in all it was an awesome night. Hopefully they will all be like this, but I doubt it. So, she is doing good. I am looking forward to lunch time when I can run home from work and play with her for 30 minutes.

Well, its been a year since I had to leave my dog, Callie, back South when I moved out west. I have been on the hunt for an Airedale Terrier and have come up empty handed for a while. Well, I looked at the local Animal Shelter and saw they had a 5 month old Puppy. She was up for adoption today at noon. I went in at 11:30 and had her at the house in an hour. Anyhow, everyone meet Maggie!

I will try and take lots of pics, and get some pics that I can post here. I wish the trip was closer than July 4th. I am so ready to get there! Got everything booked and paid for yesterday, travel and hotel wise. I am in need of a vacation. I hope I make it out alive. If not, I know I didn't make it having fun!

Nice! haha I think I will avoid the Thunder. I am not a gambler at all, but if its cheaper to play dollar slots and get free drinks than not gambling and paying for drinks, looks like I will start to gamble. I would like to play a few card tables, but we shall see what happens. Is it worth going to the stratosphere?

Will, that would be cool, but I am not sure how money much I am going to want to spend on transportation. I am thinking of saving money and only walking to the places I would like to see. But depending on where it's located I might be game. Your task, Will, is to find the address for me and I can look it up.

School me on this place. I am going for the 4th of July Weekend. Getting in on Thursday night and leaving Monday midday. Staying at the Flamingo. I know its a money pit and there is gambling and women, but what else? Things to see and things to stay away from. Anybody close by that can bail me out if I need it? I believe this could be a very interesting weekend, VERY FUN, but very interesting.

Nah, I wasn't there.

6 years at Appalachian State University. I had 12 hours to go to graduate with a degree in Business Management and decided to change majors 4 weeks before graduation. I switched to Industrial Drafting and Design and added two more years of school and thousands of more dollars to my loan, but it was well worth it. So, I graduated with a degree in Industrial Drafting and Design. I then got a job at a small design firm drawing custome homes in the mountains of North Carolina. When the economy crashed, all vacation home buidling stopped. I could not wait around for jobs to come in and was unemployeed for 4 months. I finally took my searches all over the country and had a resume stick in Washington State. After a 2 hour phone interview, I had an offer letter in the mail. Once it got to me and I signed it, I realized my start date was in 2 weeks. I saw family and friends for 2 days and then packed up the little truck and headed west. I have now been in Wa. for 11 months and am now a Nuclear Designer. It's been a heck of an adventure and something I am glad I have done. I love my job but know this is not the place I will be forever. I am thinking of Brazil.....

My night shift boys are going to try and keep it strong for a full force attack tomorrow for the day crew. I have them doing their best...160 so votes this evening so hopefully they will produce more having an entire day tomorrow. I still think something is up with the other dude....Still seems fishy staying a consistant 20-30 votes behind no matter how many votes we get.
