Yes, I designate myself to drive everyday when I walk. So, by your last sentence, if the horse wasn't needed to be designated, since it doesnt have to be guided, then you could not get a DUI or DWI on a horse, because you don't have to "drive" it to get where it's going.

Even if it knew where the destination was and would walk there with no guiding?

I am not really comparing anything here, just using that as an example of relocated a Natural Resource. I could have said/compared, 10 days of rain in the desert which dropped the equivalent amount of rain to oil. The main point was not the amount nor the cause it was simply stating relocation of resource, Kind of a man made "Natural disaster".

If oil is a natural resource, isn't this so called "leak" just a relocation. If I took a bucket of water and dumped it in the desert, would it be the same? I understand it's human caused relocation, but it's still a natural resource, right?

Those gears will be fine for MPG. Highway speed you will get better MPGS. When you will notice the higher gear set, will be in a year or so when you jump up a tire size or two. Anyhow, sounds like a good truck and if I were in your shoes, I would be looking forward to the gas savings and not the other way around. You will be golden.
