My day yesterday consisted of
A slim fast shake and banana from breakfast
An apple at 9am
lunch time was a V-8 low sodium, banana, apple and a single rib bone with meat on both sides that a lady brought in from work.
then supper was another Slim fast.
I did not get a chance to get to the gym, so hopefully tonight I will be able to go.
I am not looking forward to the weekend. This is the time I always do my bad eating, so hopefully I am going to stay strong.
I am so going to beat all of you!!!!
Oh, and all I drink is water, just shy of 2 gallons a day, but this is nothing new, have been doing that for 5 years now.
