well, the little slice of heaven is all gone:( For the first time making on I believe I did an awesome job. I could feel my blood thicken a little but it was well worth it. I used bulleyes bbq sauce, that was all I had and didnt want to go to the store. Next time I will add a little more to it and put more on the inside. The cream cheese was the icing on the cake. I would def. recomend putting it in there. All in all, it was a great success, Next time I am going to try and smoke it and see how that way turns out. This time the oven worked good, I cooked it at 375 for 1 hour and 27 minutes, It was about perfect. I kept checking the temp of the center and once it hit 165 she came out. i wish I had my camera here to take pics for yall but i didnt. Anyhow, in the end I am pleases, and look forward to the next one. It will be a couple of months before #2, body needs time to figure out what the heck I just did to it :D:D
