    What Would You Do?

I would wait until after I found out the results of the test before I told them anything. If it turns out it is true I would then talk to my dad first and the go from there.

    Bad News for me

I was told today that I need to quit putting excess strain on my shoulder, and its not even my Right one just my left one don't really need it for much just to hold my bow up. Doctor told me that if I don't quit putting so much strain on it I am going to lose function in it becasue of what he called thoracic nerve palsy, guess the the pulses aren't firing correctly.

  11. Thoughts and prayers sent your way.
  12. So Ruth, I am sure I know what hospital your talking about that is laying off in the region having worked on an ambulance in the area for a few years. There is always, JMH, Warsaw, Noyes, St. James, Bertrand Chaffee all in the area, just gotta look around. Nights is usually a little more an hour and usually is slower. Just don't limit yourself, because something might bite you in the butt.
  13. Looks good. Now I know I am to young to remember that one.

    My Uncle Ted

Prayers sent your way.. Hope your uncle gets well soon.
  15. Drops what every time? Ever tried to shoot when your assailent is shooting back? It gets a little hairy trust me. I would much rather make a marginal hit with a 38 +p than a 22 wmr. Have seen peopel take more than one 9mm and still keep coming so...

    At what point...

I feel that it is up to ones own definition. I can shoot accurately and consistently hit a just over moa at 500 yards with my 7mm and I am comfortable with it to that range, can consistently hit a 15 inch steel plate at 750 but that is not accurate enough to be shooting at creatures. Closest kill is 3 feet with a shot gun. She ran right at me after she winded me I was a little nervouse after that. Furthest kill was 450+ with a rifle. Once again all personal preference. I don't believe in that at all with a 50 and shooting them like prairie dogs. Its no different than the guys on best of the west who shoot everything at 700 plus with a 6.5 284 or 7mm rem.
  17. I got both mists this year, the pig flu and the regular flu. It will give you a little bit of drainage right away but after that its good to go. Here in the Army all of us medics had to get the mist.

    GPS

Hello all, so looking for some more advice. I am looking at getting a new GPS, and was wondering what you all have used out west with good results. It has to have color screen, preferably AA batteries, topo maps. Thank you
  19. good luck, wish I could get off work to hunt the rut.
  20. Mine has a whisker biscuit, and Beman ICS hunter 340's at 29 inches, blazers and a 100 grain field point. My Draw is 29 1/2 but I don't like my arrows to be behind my hand with broadheads on. It shoots darts.
  21. If it were me choosing my girl I would choose the wheel 38 all day long. If I was carrying it it would be an XDM 45 acp. Been in the area and been to close to people shot with a 9mm and they not go down. CSU your really pushing some buttons and really pushing that Glock. Its not your choice and he asked about recommendations for a caliber not type of pistol. I personally can't stand glocks.
  22. As far as the nasal spray goes a good way to get enough to make it work but not enough to give you ugh feels is to spit it out after you come out of the office. I know its gross but it has worked for me in the past years. I have a friend that works at Rochester General she said that most of the hospitals in the city are hiring nurses don't hold me to it just what she told me. 2nd hand info sometimes can bite ya in the butt. I know its a drive but might be worth it to check it out. Oh yeah and good luck finding a job.
