Randy just arrived in VA. after a 16 hour drive. He has to go to the show setup, do a radio interview,go to a school at 9am and give kids who are in the archery in the schools program a pep talk and then back to show and his first show is at noon! Thanks for all of the safe traveling and well wishes. Randy said he is feeling better, just a little low on sleep!

Mike, Those handicapped boys went hunting in IL.( they are from PA.) with Randy last fall. They are brothers with the same disease.Less Nine, I think it is called. Randy told them he would take them to meet Lee and Tiffany. Randy said they were so happy to get to meet them and so was their dad! Randy said he also has some pics. Look forward to seeing them Mike! Randy is traveling through Ohio at 5 mph and snow covered roads!

I agree with Doe-ee about the frozen wash cloth if it is teething. But please do not give too much Tylenol or Motrin just because you aren't getting enough sleep. Too much of either can actually kill your baby. I know some people who gave their 11 year old too much Tylenol and it killed him. Please be careful about over medicating. I would get a second opinion but it is probably colic and the swing sounds like the best idea or taking him for a drive until he goes to sleep. When my kids were babies they slept between my husband and I for the first year. No screaming, just had to feed them and go back to sleep. I do not believe in self soothing. I held them wrapped in their blankets in my arms all night. Never had screaming babies but I have relatives who had colicky kids and they used a swing or driving. Good luck and take nap in the day when he does.

I have to agree with Doe-ee. I have a Maytag washer that is 25 years old, the dryer didn't last as long. I have went through 3 dryers,a Kenmore, whirlpool and I now have a cheep one from Lowes. My Maytag washer (top load) is still running good. They are all electric. It is hard to beat a Maytag for sure. Call around for the best deal on whatever brand you decide. Appliance salesmen will deal just like a car salesman. Make them an offer when you find what you want.

We saw a small buck from a distance that was shot in the front leg about 2 years ago.We know he was shot because our neighbor said he didn't get a deer that year but he said I shot one in the leg! Like he was proud! That buck is still walking around. It is amazing how they can adapt and survive at the same time.

William, The place looks great!! A great place for the girls for sure.

Welcome to the best forum on the web. The folks here are very good people.

Randy will also be there in the small arena putting on shows. Then he will be in an outfitters booth signing autographs at The Louisiana Purchase Ranch booth in between shows. Randy will only be there Feb.6,7 and 8 this year. Be sure to stop by and see him also. Jeff bring the girls by to see Randy and I hope that he doesn't scare them!!

IL. has the worst gun laws Ken! In certain parts of the Chicago area you are not allowed to have handguns. The NRA is fighting this saying it is unconstitutional! The mob runs the northern part of IL. Most of the southern part is conservative and has very good hunting. Land is way overpriced in our area of Adams County because we are right next to Pike County and everyone wants to own land there for some reason! We live out in the country where our nearest neighbor is 1/2 mile on either side and a very low crime area.

Congrats on your new little boy! Love the Hat!!

So you want to be a "Hunting Pro?"

I want to thank all for all of the good words about Randy. He has had that Ford since it was brand new ( a 2000 F-150) and only changes the oil every 50,000 miles whether it needs it or not!. He just replaced the spark plugs at 200,000 miles and has never had any major problems with it. He also has a 1999 Ranger for hauling square bails of hay that has about 180,000 on it and his 2000 Excursion, which he is driving to the show today in Rosemont,IL. has about 175,000 on it. He rented a Surburban to go out to Reno last week and he said the only good thing about it was the gas mileage. He said that its seats were hard and uncomfortable for a long trip. He does have 2, 1991 Chevy corvettes that he bought, one from Ebay and one locally. Those cars are the only gift that he has bought for himself in all of his years of doing shows. They sit during the winter and are only driven in good weather. One did go on a hunting trip to Steve B's one year! Thanks all and being a Prostaff mom can be difficult also. I am having to do all of the chores in the cold and wind! Thanks again to all our our Realtree friends! Darla -
I wanted to update all on little Ethan. Here is the latest entry from a little while ago. Things are looking pretty bad. Say a Prayer please. http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/ethanmaxwilliams

Take a look at the video clips from The Las Vegas Shot show Realtree booth! Great idea! There are also some clips from the ATA show last week. A chance for all to see a little of what goes on at the trade shows. I like the Bigfoot target from Delta on the ATA show clip!!
