    My new ride

Nice truck. Black always looks sharp. I had an '06 Dodge and loved driving it.
  3. I’ve never gone and roosted birds the night before I hunted, I usually rely on scouting before the season starts. Unfortunately this year Ihaven’t had the time to do so. We open on Thursday and I have booked the day off and wantto make the most of it. If I go to roost birds the night before, how much can Iexpect to hear birds as they roost or do I have to be able to see where theyfly up? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks
  4. Looking good. Best of luck Monday.

    Checking in

Hello everyone, been a while since I’ve had much extra time and have not checked in here in far too long. I started with a new company and things were very busy, working some long days a little over an hour away from home seven days a week. UnfortunatelyI didn’t even get much time to deer hunt, think I only got out 3 times with the bow and only 1 day during muzzleloader week. Gladly I’m not working near as much now, and enjoying some time with my wife and daughter. The little lady is almost a year and a half and amazing! Kristina is also due with our second in August. Going to try some coyote hunting in the next few weeks. Eventhough I’ve never done it, just to get out. Hope everyone is well and wish all the best to everyone
  17. Aounds like a great trip. Congratulations.

    Took a Risk

That looks real good! No reason for your "comfort level" not to change.
  19. Good job team! Sorry I haven't checked in in a long time, I got a new job about a month ago and have worked almost everyday since. Good for the bank account, but not so good for personal life. I only got to hunt the one day of my muzzleloader week. Seen tons of deer but no good shots. My buddy dropped a decent sized doe though. Hope to get out with the bow again before it closes on the 31st, but it's not looking good. Looks like my next day off wont be until Christmas day.
  20. Good job fellas. I couldn't hunt this past week during the first controled muzzleloader week but mine is coming up on the 19th. Hope to get out with the bow this week after work one night.
  21. Missed a lot of time on here the last couple weeks, being off at moose camp and then working around the house. Rhine, all the best in a speedy recovery! Congratulations to everyone that's got deer so far. Hope to get out this weekend after the weather lets up.
  22. Today is the day. We leave tonight, and I feel like a kid at christmas time. Our group drew two bull tags, but the two guys that got them went this week and have to leave on monday. So we will only have two days with the tags there, that is unless they have moose down already. Either way a week of grouse hunting, fishing and four wheeling will be great.

    Made me laugh

A Teacher asks the kids in her class, "What would you like to be when you grow up?" Little Johnny answered: "I wanna be a billionaire, going to the most expensive clubs, find the best girl, give her a Ferrari worth over a million dollars, an apartment in Copacabana, a mansion in Paris, a jet to travel through Europe, and an Infinite Visa Card". The teacher, shocked, and not knowing what to do about Johnny's outrageous behavior, decides not to give importance to what he said and continues with the discussion . . . " And you, Tanya what do you want to be?" "I wanna be Johnny's girl!"
