When you are at full draw, visualize holding an egg between the shoulder blades. Try blind bale or taking off the sight at close range and at full draw, try holding the egg until the bow goes off. Don't think how the release will be tripped, don't think about the bow going off, or the muscles being used. Just simulate holding the egg until the bow goes off. Trust it and be patient. It's okay to let down and do over.
Also, make sure your draw length is correct. Many folks are overdrawn. If you aren't sure, try shortening the draw a 1/4" at a time until you feel like it's too short and then back off in 1/8" until you find the sweet-spot.
