    Celebrate A Death

Most of you know that I'm not a religious type. I'll ask this question and not say anything more. Of over 40 years on this earth, I've seen some really religious folks and families who when living, they talk so much about being with the lord, eternal life, going to heaven, etc, etc. Now if a family spends their entire life praising the lord, how come I've never seen anyone celebrate death of a family member who is saved and loved the lord all their life? It's always boo-hoo. Please don't use the "selfish" word. If humans truely believed, I mean TRUELY, wouldn't there be more instances (from millions who die each year) of celebrating a death instead of the many "pray for me or my relative so-and-so" who is sick and could be going on to be with the lord". If you truely believed, you'd be envious. If not, you really aren't. And 99.9% show they aren't true. Personnally, we know the truth, but can't face it. So we divert our mind to what helps us get through it. JMO Don't ask a question. I won't respond. If I loose a family member, I'm sad because I know I'll never see them again. That's why we spend so much time on reproducing.

[ QUOTE ] i don't think he was holding his head down b/c of feeling sorry for himself--i think was was mentally drained, had hurt his hand on the series before last, and think he was so nervous he couldn't watch. [/ QUOTE ] And maybe he saw the game last week where the pats came back...............and many others with a last minute win. I hope Manning, Dungy, and the team does good.

    Back Tension

    Back Tension

Re: Back Tension [ QUOTE ] there are many ways to get it to fire. either by using the back muscles in your back or to push and pull at full draw. DO NOT squeeze your shoulder blades together. BT is only used on the release hand side of your back only. [/ QUOTE ] Bull crap Tony. Some here may fall at your feet at what you say because you shoot the Iowa mom-and-pops invitational, but what you said is not right. You CAN use your Rhomboids together. If there is "so many ways", please explain the many ways? Not just two.

    IRAQ

Re: IRAQ [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] This post was civil. Then "somone" moved it. And the the 1st "quoter" was a moderator not even in the USA and then quoted 3 times. Geesh.......... [/ QUOTE ] Well, I'm confused. I moved the post, because this is where it belongs, and I'm entitled to my opinion on the war in Iraq, just as much as you are dg. I never bashed anyone for their opinions, just stating my own. And what the heck is me being Canadian got to do with anything??? [/ QUOTE ] The post was nothing but a poll with an open answer. When folks intervene like you with quotes, it becomes a debate and it ruins the input. Thanks! You make your opinions all you want. This is an American situation paid by american blood and dollars. Any other countries involvement has been nothing but political airtime to say they were involved. Sorry. but less than 1% don't mean diddly squat to me. RealTree was started in the good ole USA whether you like it it or not. I'll take everything back if you voted for Bush or Gore and paid taxes in U.S. dollars..................Now that's my opinion I'm entitled to and I don't care who likes it or not.

Ok everyone. We all have feelings about this situation (I hope). What I think would be an interesting post would be what you think the USA should do with the Iraq situation. I can see a heated debate almost immediately. So please, ONLY POST WHAT YOU WOULD DO if you were president. DO NOT DEBATE or QUOTE, or COMMENT anothers post good or bad. Just state what and how you would handle it. Don't take so much pride in what you say/think to reply to a difference of opinion unless you plan on running for President in 2008. And if you have a debate, take it to the politics forum. I bet there is someone who will quote, cut/paste, or gripe about or support anothers opinion. Since I started this: I would ensure the Iraqi police/govt are trained. If trained, do they have enough people. If NO, coerce to get more. If yes, ween the govt of U.S. troops. Not many people learned how to lead by being lead by the hand. They learned by education and then being dropped in the fire, use what they were taught, and then modify that approach to take control the situation. And if they aren't able to handle it, mom and dad (or the US in this situation), will jump in and "help". This is the approach I think we should take. We can always go back in, but let the new countrymen take care of the countrymen.

    RT forum suggestions?

Re: RT forum suggestions? I would like to extend the edit feature to about 12 hours past the post. I have this "friend" who might have a beer in the evening and say things he probably don't mean. My "friend" would like that!

  23. Re: Illegals in colleges I heard we are helping Iraqi's get educated but I haven't confirmed that. Are Americans laid off getting educational assistance? Just asking........
  24. Re: Could Junior leave DEI? OK, he's not worried about a contract. Please! His love for the red Budcar will pass if he has the right people and equipment around him. The Bud car is all he knows in cup. But he'll jump ship if he has to. I would love to see him driving for Childress myself. I hope he jumps.....!
  25. Re: Could Junior leave DEI? The way he improved getting back with the gang this year, I'd say he'll give it a chance. If this year isn't promising, I can see a change. He knows he can't beat Dad in championships, but he wants to carry on the name as a champion real bad. Now I'll read he article!
