Black snakes are often known as "king snakes"...they are immune to a poisonous snake, and actually seek out other snakes....good snakes to keep alive...whats cool is a king snake when threatened will puff up, and rattle his tail and mock a rattler to keep people and animals at bay, but they are non poisonous, and great to kill the bad ones.........al

I have hunted with Walkers, and Black and tans.....I have hunted with a couple blue dogs, no problems with any of them....a great website is www.coondawgs.com they have a free hound room in their classifieds, on found dogs that need home..I got a great lab for my buddy off this site, it was underfed, but a great dog., just a thought, most of these men and women will stand behind their dogs., another great website that coonhunters hang out on is www.squirrelhaters.net their dogs will tree coons as well...take care and good luck. al

Yummy.....slice em thin, soak in salt water, dry, roll in egg yolk and flower...fry with a light oil, garlic salt and pepper to taste.....eat em all....al

The main big screw/cap is on one end, the other end goes into the gun...and yes, the foregrip slips right in on it, so it is the magazine tube...if you could check that would rock......Im checking with gun dealers in my area on monday...al

I was installing a synthetic stock and forearm on my sons gun, and I banged up the part the foregrip slides onto....the threads are trashed, does anyone have one laying around.....Ill get the techinal name in a few....but the end cap to remove the foregrip screws into this piece...thanks AL

I have been blessed with a couple of them...had one that played basketball with the kids, he was a lab mix. But today, my 9 month old lab made me a believer he is a thinker for sure. He loves birds, well the scent of em anyway. I watched him take a mouthful of dog food, spread it around in a small area in the yard, and he pretended to sleep next to it. Yep, few minutes later he had a starling in the mouth, and then gobbled it up... He played this game all morning, and retrieved all the birds but the first appetizer. The dog is a genius...lol. al
