  1. Looks like team 2 wins.
  2. If you are hunting the southeast part of the state, sure you will be able to find some cows. Good luck Jeff.
  3. Congrats drawing Jeff. Good luck, be sure to let us know during the season you are still alive this year. lol
  4. Yeah and teary eyed chucky met Putin before, pics to prove it. As big of liars and hypocrites as the clinton's. Damn shame their constituents won't wake up and fire them.
  5. Going through cards I pulled and archiving files for potential future reference I about overlooked this as a false trigger, but it isn't. See me? Kinda nice to see there are still some of these around after so many of the trees on the neighbor were taken. Never saw a one this year, usually see a few before the rifle season opens.
  6. Time Trump administration utilizes those 2 words, "your fired" in mass. Clean house of all the obama loyals! No doubt in my mind Flynn and Sessions would have done great in their positions, sad to see how the left is attempting to hamstring this administration with total disregard of their constituents.

    Caution

Thanks Clint. No vital info here on RT anyway but went on and changed the pwd.
  8. Here is an old thread I posted regarding settings that makes for a good example as to why I set my cams the way I do.
  9. Thought we might have to here yesterday too, but knew this cold front was coming so let it get a little warm. Pretty bad storms rolled trough last night and into this morning, high winds. A barn about half a mile up the road lost its top, was mangled metal and lumber with nails across our road this morning. If it were straight line winds, don't know that the tin would have been so twisted, but dunno. Roof was about 90 yards away from the building and looks to have flown over a double wide directly in between. Gonna have to mow my weeds and wild onions this weekend here, don't think I can recall ever mowing the yard this early before.
  10. Guess they needed a workout.
  11. Not as concerned with battery life as I am with getting pics of different bucks. I have mine set to take as many pics as fast as they can. Reason being too many times I have seen 3 or 4 bucks that have been around the camera at almost the same time, within seconds of each other. With the longer span between triggers you will miss seeing some deer. Whole point in running cams on our place is to give us a realistic idea of what is around, so I don't want to miss bucks at my cams if I can help it.
  12. Before or after the poll started?

    Danged russian hackers!
  14. Pretty disgusting to see really. Those worthless pieces of garbage that care so little about their constituents and truly only care about their own agendas, and that was VERY clear. Yeah, should see a lot of those who were glued to their seats being fired! Some of them like chucky stood only when they knew the cams were on them. Trump came off presidential, his best performance, no way anyone can spin that but sure the left already has tried.
  15. lol. Hopefully this does not end up another tie.
  16. Vote here for your favorite story/write up of the 2016-17 season, does not have to be from the contest. Will let this run until next Friday, March 4th. Gonna share my pick for this one, for anyone who missed it
  17. Vote here for your pick for best field photo for the 2016-17 season. Will close the voting next Friday, March 4th.
  18. Vote here for your choice for the best deer for 2016-17. Will let this go through next Friday, March 4th.
  19. Will let this run until next Friday.
  20. Welcome to the forums. Buck knives are ok, serve their purpose. Use my 2 buck fillet knives often when cutting meat, at least did until one of them broke. Good thing about that is that they have a lifetime guarantee. Reminds me I need to send it off.
  21. Congratulations on the meat Anthony.
  22. Is winter done already or will we see another hard cool down? Had one snow event here all winter. Not supposed to see below freezing temps for the rest of February, not complaining, gonna appreciate the lower electric heat bill and also the grass coming in will cut down on my hay usage. Usually spring here gets kicking with the bradford pears coming in and the redbuds and then the dogwoods, usually all later in March. Have peach trees flowering and some of the bradford pears around are in full bloom here now, this is the middle of February? Redbuds,, dogwoods and fruit bearing pears and apples appear to still be dormant though. Maybe ol Phil the oversized rat was wrong. Spring springing where you are yet?
  23. No first hand experience with vortex or centerpoint. Have heard very good reviews on vortex. Don't think i would trust centerpoint on my guns based on what i have heard about them especially not for hunting. What price range are you looking to spend Ruth.
