Re: How many crossbow shooters are there? I use a crossbow when my tendonitis acts up and sometimes because I feel like it. My experience with a Barnett was not pleasant. Never got to hunt with it because the string got shredded every 5 shots at a target. So we ended up with 2 Hortons (Ohio company).

Re: Comments from non deer hunters.... Where I used to live I also have heard every comment by non hunters. However I was able to make a few understand that hunting is more than making a kill. Some would notlisten but I got themto stop being a samrty pants with my replies back to them. "How can you kill Bambi?" was their favorite question....my reply was always "With a Gun or a Bow"

Reading and using my imagination.Playing pick up games and exploring they learned real quick. They held up and are strong young minds IMHO as a Dad

There was a all sports parents meeting Thursday night at the high school. The coach asked if all the parents had seen the photo package . I hadn't so I raised my hand. The coach asked TurkeyEye(Codie) why I had not seen it. His answer was "He isn't the one with money"

I have now served a sentence of 25 years under a harsh warden. No let up in the poor treatment and meager grub. The whippings happen with regularity and quickness.
