Thats a good discount for the CUMMINS. When I bought my Chevy Duramax they knocked $9600 off since it was the 07 classic model and I had GM employee discount. For the all around best truck...in the August issue of Diesel World, they did a contest with the Chevy Duramax VS Dodge Cummins vs Ford Powerstroke. The Chevy Duramax was voted the all around best truck with the Dodge Cummins in a close second and Ford Powerstroke way behind in dead last. They claim the quality of the interior and body of the truck was very poor. They showed a picture of the hood and there was a big gap on the side with it closed and it wasnt lined up properly. So if you go with the Dodge, I would inspect it very carefully for worksmanship before signing any papers.

Come on Orlan......I don't like the #48 or the #24 either, but I'd at least rather have them win than a Ford or toyota.......I can't remember the last time I've seen a Chevy win at Michigan and I go to every race....Its always one of the 2 weasels in that sport I like the least...Busch or Kenseth.

I just thought it was pretty appropriate for Earnhardt to blow an engine with 4 laps to go. The guy has drove his guts out this year....just the engine shop hasn't came through.

You should have just went to the bar and watched it if you wanted to see it that bad. Thats what I do......the bar hasn't let me down yet......the game is always on and the Pabst Blue Ribbons are always cold.

I don't see where you can put all the blame on the defense. Yeah, they did give up 39 points.....But what about the offense? Mike Hart, Mario Manningham, Chad Henne, Jake Long and they can only manage 1 touchdown against Oregon?? I think its funny. But don't worry Michigan fans...my dad guarntees a Big Ten championship and a victory over Michigan State.

Ebay is where I would start. If you can't find any deals there, I like to pick up a 4X4 magazine at the store. Them things are loaded with different truck accessory dealers. Just shop around and find the best deal. One store might have a good deal on one item but another store might have the best deal on something else. I found that Cabelas and Bass Pro wants top dollar for truck accessories so I'd stay away from there.

Luke, if you drive a Chevy why do you insist on arguing and sticking up for toyota? If you like them so much and they are so much more American....sell the Chevy and go and buy one. As for GM not being 100% American....I know...I never said they were. BUT, all the profits from GM stays in the states. And my job relies on GM vehicles being sold. I make parts for GM, not toyota. If people are buying toyotas instead of Chevys, then theres no need for me to make parts...and if theres no need for me to make parts, then theres no need for me to go to work. So I get laid off and have to find another job.

Thats an improvement for sure. I don't mind the looks of some of the Fords....I just grew up in a GM family. Make sure you watch your speed with the bigger tires. By just stepping up to a 285 from a 245 threw my speeometer off farther than I expected. I got clocked doing 65 in a 55 and had my cruise set at 60. A programmer to correct your speedometer wouldn't be a bad idea.

Yeah, just too bad that pole isn't going to mean anything. The race has been called today and we have an 80% chance of rain tomorrow and a chance the rest of the week. To be honest, I'm quite ticked at this weather...We have accumulated 12 tickets to this race and now were not even going to be able to see it......Ohh, thats right, they will run it at the end of the season on Thanksgiving weekend.....Its just too bad most years its about 20 degrees and we have around a foot of snow on the ground Thanksgiving weekend. Did I fail to mention it hasnt rained here in nearly a month?

Thats funny. My dad told me that when he was a kid, his dad took him to the barber to get his hair cut one day. As the barber was cutting my dads hair, the barber was chatting and laughing about things with my dads dad.He said they were soo into the conversation, not even paying attention, the barber buzzed one of my dads eye brows off. I thought that was pretty funny.

I had a Cavalier as a loaner and I had the seat all the way back and reclined as much as I could and my knees were still at my chin and head touching the ceiling....and your taller than me! I figured I was making a normal trip to wal-mart the other day. I pull in and park way in the back away from everybody to avoid door dings. Go look at some stuff, pick up the latest diesel power magazine, then head out. As I come out, I see 4 women standing around my truck looking at it. I walk up and one of them says "hey, theres a cat in your truck". I thought she musta bumped her head. I said "a cat is in my truck?" She says "really! I watched it jump onto the wheel and went into the motor". So I pop the hood and look into the engine and sure enough a little baby kitten is looking at me and says "meow". Well if you've ever looked under the hood of a diesel, its pretty tight in there. I ended up crawling under the truck and pulling the kitten out from inside the wheel well all while the kitten was biting and clawing my hand to a bloody mess. As soon as he was out he took off across the parking lot and into a nearby woods. What a day.

You might be a redneck if you put a ford emblem on the front of your Honda Spree, mount a rather large 8-point rack below the Ford emblem and ride around with your tight cowboy jeans, a cowboy hat, and cowboy boots. Honestly, I saw it at a boat launch.

I'm glad I was at work. I think there should be an asterick next to his name in the record book. As for why Hank Arron wasn't in attendence. ESPN did an interview with Hank and he pretty much thought about it how I do. When asked if he would be in attendance, he responded "Nope....I'll probably be out in my boat fishing somewhere"

That doesn't bother me as much as listening to my mom when she eats. Every chew her jack cracks and ick.....I hate that sound.
