Went out yesterday evening with my daughter. Saw a doe and her button buck and a fork horn. Duck hunting this morning but will be back at it later this week.

In the deer stand right now with my 7 year old, Isabella. She just informed me she needs to poop:hammer1: hopefully the big boy will come out and see us this evening

yep--saw them the other day at Sams. Should have picked a few up.

you're lucky you passed it that fast. I lived with one for 10 days before they finally went in to get it out. Unfortunately they pushed it back into my kidney and couldn't get it out. They then installed a stent that went in my pee-pee thru my bladder and ureters in my kidney. I had to have that thing in for a week with this piece of monofilament fishing line hanging out of my manhood. After a week I had the "pleasure" of pulling it out and then pee'd the stone out the following morning.

Finally was able to go out and bowhunt this season. Saw 4 deer. Two does and button buck twins. They fed under me on the plot for a good hour. Should of whacked the doe but muzzleloader starts saturday so I didn't want to mess the area up. good luck all. I enjoyed reading all the hunting outings. todd

Never been a big Brett fan but always thought he played hard and left everything he had on the field after the game. Vikings are playing some darn good ball right now but b/c of a miracle catch and a missed field goal they could easily be 4 - 2 right now.

Sure you didn't hit a little low and hit the brisket. Those brisket shots bleed like crazy at first and then start thinning out? With all the excitement sometimes it is hard to know exactly where you hit. sorry about the loss--I know it makes you sick. todd

It took a good 2 to 3 years before the deer "learned" that they could eat them. Once they figured it out PT turnips are a mainstay for my cold season plots. Don't give up--they will eventually turn on to them and when they do you'll be planting more. todd

i have used the Evolved Habitats Throw and Grow. If you can spray the desired plot to kill off the vegetation and remove all the debris such as limbs and dead leaves you can have a pretty nice little plot. The seeds still need to make soil contact but yes they work.
