  1. Sweet name guys! Backstraps sound good right about now!
  2. Lou checking in! What a great team! Thanks jcwa for putting this all together. My bow season starts Oct. 1st guys and our season runs till Jan. 1st, 2011. Got several areas to hunt this fall and hope to add to our team's future success. As for a name, I am sure we can come up with a great one. Here is a buck I got on one of my cameras. Last year he had a little nub on that side, this year it appears to have taken a curve! Not sure if he is a 6 pointer or bigger, hard to tell with all that horn on the right side. If he survives this season he could be an awesome non-typical down the road possibly. Lives in a 6 acre woodlot.
  3. That is always. Always great when scumbag thieves are caught in the act!! Great work!
  4. Sometimes Ruth, loose screws in the cam modules will give you a vibration. I periodically check all the screws in my bow, front top to bottom because all it takes is one to give you an odd feeling. Glad to hear your back out and shooting again with it, best of luck in the deer woods!
  5. WOW, white horns already? I got some pictures from August 25th and bucks are still in velvet in my area. 90s in my area, hard to think hunting with this heat but indeed, it will be here soon!
  6. So sorry to read this news Gregg. We have lost a boxer to cancer and have another one that appears to have cancer. Indeed a tough decision but the right one. Someday you two will meet again. Again, sorry on your loss.
  7. Congratulations my friend! That is awesome Joe! Knew you could do it! :wine:

  10. You captalized the a in anything and d in different in your topic? Bad grammar possibly? LOL!!!
  11. What a horrible tragedy, prayers sent.
  12. Thanks Guys! Had a great day with the family. Great dinner and then spent the evening fishing with my girls. Great way to spend my 37th birthday!
  13. I have (3) of these new in the package. They allow you to hunt from a tree but put the sound of your "can call" at ground level. You supply the can call. Selling all 3 to your door for $25.00 Don't want to separate, want to sell as a package, great deal here folks! USPS postal money order only, I don't have paypal. Please pm me if interested. link of it: http://shop.bandchuntstuff.com/product.sc;jsessionid=2F2A524C15466E41C731C50C1E5EDDC6.qscstrfrnt03?productId=2&categoryId=1 Instead of rubber bands like this link says, they have plastic cable ties, you can use a rubber band though to remove your can call at the end of your hunt and simply leave the can holder there at your set-up. link of it in action:
  14. Got a bino harness from Bradley (aka: whitetailhunter32210) Excellent to deal with and would recommend to everyone! A+ transaction for sure! Thanks again Bradley!
  15. Happy Birthday Tim! Hope you are having and had a great day!
  16. I can't see how Gilbert thinks the Cavs will win a Championship before LeBron does. He gave them 7 years, no rings to show for it. With that rant that Gilbert wrote, I believe their was some tension going on there. All I know is, Tom Izzo is a genius!
  17. Today its suppose to be in the 90's again but with the heat index it will feel like 100! One thing with heat though, you don't have to shovel it! Hope you had fun here in Michigan Tim, maybe next time I can get down to Cabela's and meet you.
  18. Happy Birthday Guys! Enjoy your special day!
  19. Congratulations Scott! That is awesome. Best thing in life you will ever be called now is "Daddy" Enjoy it!
  20. I appreciate all Strut does on these contests every year. It takes a ton of time to do all of this. Trust me, I am a classifieds moderator on ArcheryTalk.com and you can spend hours working on issues and these are volunteer positions. We do it for the love of hunting and the great outdoors and its a way to give back. I know I won't complain as I know what it takes behind the scenes. Keep up the great work Strut!
  21. That is awesome news! Congratulations to you and your wife! Best thing in life you can be called is "dad"
  22. Sad deal indeed but sportsmanship came out of this. Everyone will remember #21 as the "The Perfect Game that Wasn't" Armando was pure class through it all, as was Joyce, to come out and apology, we learned a lot about these two men and their are lessons to be learned from all of this. BTW: Armando did get a new 2010 Chevrolet Convertible out it!
  23. Congratulations! Sweet looking knife!
