I like Scent Lok myself, and I do believe Scent Lok sells its rights for the carbon process to Scent Blocker so the same protection is in both garments. Basically goes off feel and comfort. I love my Timberfleece 360 suit by Scent Lok. Granted it may not help with 100% of your scent but every little bit helps.

Been there myself with one of our boxers who we lost to cancer. Sadly we got another one with cancer but he is on medication.
