  2. I'm not going to even read the LONG replies up there, I'm a busy man boys, my time is $$. Anyway, one of my fantasy leagues is very QB driven, and we start two. I was able to get Chris Johnson with the 2nd overall pick, and by the time it got to me the best QBs were gone. So, I was forced to use a pick on Favre a few rounds later. I threw up in my mouth a little. So, now, although I still hate the dbag, I sure hope he throws for 4,000 with 30 TDs.:drink:
  3. Nah, you're talking about being degraded, bro. You came across like some new aged touchy feely Cal Berkeley grad. Just rip on the Browns or something, put a little humor in there. I mean, they had to win their final 4 games to go 5-11. There is material there...
  4. Don't be such a Nancy boy, Ethan. No one's insulting you, we're busting chops...I mean this is a hunting forum and we're talking sports. Sensitivity has no place here. If you're into that, there are other forums where sensitive, girly man hang out, like hair stylist forums, interior design forums, umm...pittsburghsteelers.com/forums has a bunch of homos on it. Just dish it back out and have fun with it MAN.
  5. Aaron Rodgers > Brett Favre
  6. The difference between me and your boy Favre is I don't need ESPN to stroke my ego, I stroke my own. You see?
  7. What is the difference? I mean, you don't get to see Janet Jackson's pastied breast, or 65 year old washed-up rockers for an hour and half duirng the half...but it was the championship of the highest level. ESPN doesn't tell you to think about that though, so I understand why you don't. I also get why you support him, Favre does look great in those Wranglers with that ole gunslinger, put 'er in the ole vice grip bravado. 'Nuff to make any young lad a little weak in the knees...no shame in that Ethan.
  8. Obviously, I was referring to his lone title. Eric
  9. They've won the second most pro football championships, second only to the Packers, choch.
  10. Ummm...I think he'll be a huge dbag who hams it up for the cameras in his Wranglers all year, Then he'll throw a key INT that costs his team a playoff game. You know... pretty much what he does every year except that one time when him led a GREAT team to his ONLY Superbowl....you know...the same thing Trent Dilfer did. Over-rated, bump, bump, bump-bump-ba, Over-rated.... Longevity does not denote greatness....
  11. I never said I wouldn't...I only said I'm not too crazy about STDs...or the chicks that carry them.

I really feel for Dustin Johnson. This kid has sick game, needs to learn how to keep his wits about him under the pressure though. I tell you what, I think he'll win his share of Majors though.
  13. kinda trashy....i'd only go near it if it came with a free perscription of valtrex.
  14. gonna be a down year for the SEC boys.
  15. Yup, Pitt has now taken over the honor of being the "also ran" of college football. Oh, happy day!

    WHY??????

I'm just wondering why you used six question marks in the subject line, and then only used five in the body of your message???????
  17. haha, he's also a bowel movement waiting to happen. break out the depends Joe Pa, then you won't have to run off the field next time.
  18. Well, John Cooper was pretty much the worst thing that ever happened to OSU. '78 was near the end of Hayes tenure there, and he was slipping, and letting the program slip. 2002 was the year after they won the National Championship and lost tons of players. 2007 they got worked, 2008 they lost tons of talent and should not have been in that game. They were a good team, top five in the country, but there were more deserving teams. The SEC is a fine conference, it's just not the super conference SEC fans, and ESPN wants to think it is. They're the flavor of the month right now, and when the media decides who goes to the championship game, there's a real good change the media's darling conference will get a team in that game. From there, you have a 50/50 chance at winning, more like a 90/10 chance when Colt McCoy gets hurt. It was the flavor of the month to dog the Big Ten, that is until they had some nice bowl wins...now all of a sudden the Big Ten is good again in ESPN's eyes... It's tiring.
  19. How about that time when they beat what is considered one of the greatest college teams of all time, Miami in 2002? McGahee, Andre Johnson, Kellen Winslow, Dorsey, all those LBs...weren't enough to get by the Buckeyes.
  20. School is back in session. The course, you ask? Well, little buddies, the course is called "Why You Know Next to Nothing 101.' What you don't realize Johnboy, is that rarely did they ever play an SEC during their real powerhouse days under Hayes. Why you ask? Because they were usually playing in the Rose Bowl against the Pac 10. The years when they had young, inexperienced and lesser teams that didn't make the Rose Bowl is when they'd play SEC teams. It ever case, the SEC teams were always ranked a lot higher. You have to have real sports knowledge to decipher the numbers, bud. Both yourself and Stu Scott are sort of lacking in that dept., and since you get your info from him, you're really screwed! As for the two recent losses, Troy Smith came into that game 10 lbs. overweight, Boone had a torn knee, and the Buckeyes bought their own hype. A hungry, underrated Gators team handed it to them. Hat's off to them for that performance. During that home game for LSU, my beleoved Buckeyes really had no right to be in the championship game. They lost about 70% of their ofensive starters from the undefeated team the year before. Their top 3 WRs, their Heismann QB, their starting RB, their LT, their RT, and their FB. Three of those players were 1st round picks. Yet, for whatever reason, the media put them in that game. Pryor is refined now, he's a junior, and he's 6'5" 250 lbs. and runs in the low 4.4s. They're returning more starters on both sides of the ball than any team in the entire country. They have two solid RBs in Saine and Herron, Posey is one of the better WRs I've seen come through this campus since Santonio Holmes, and they're solid defensively. Bring on 'Bama...they'll smoke them.
  21. Stu Scott read this and said "y'all my puppets, dogs"
  22. I guess we'll see this year when they beat Bama for their second title in 9 years. Johnboy, you root for two teams and you still can't get one of them to win a title...speaking of that, Clarke is gone from PSU, and I think Pitt is going to be ranked pretty high...so I'm taking it you're a Pitt guy this season?
  23. Pryor is a freak. He'll get three TDs alone, but I'm sure the Badgers will chew a lot of clock with Clay. Turnovers will decide it, but Pryor's been through some big games already in his career so I'm hopeful he will take care of the ball. 27-17 Buckeyes.
  24. Nothing beats fishing the Great Lakes. I live 2 miles from Erie shore, fish it all the time, fly fish the tribs in the fall/winter/spring for steelies too. Looks like beautiful country up there, nice fish too.
