I live on the border of Missouri and Illinois by Cape Girardeau and I felt it pretty good here also. It woke me up out of a dead sleep. It was the first one that I have experienced and it was kinda freaky to be honest with you.

Well it was fun watching a team that I can cheer for win. Everytime that I watch the tigers they lose . But it was great having that feeling that you get from being at the games.

Thanks, I was kinda thinking that but was not sure. My season does not start untill the 21st, So i am trying to keep up with birds and I assume they might not be in the same area that they are in right now.

I am fairly new to turkey hunting. While I was out scouting, which consisted of driving around public land at about 1-3 pm. I have seen a lot of birds but all of them have been hens. My question is, will the toms be with the hens? or should I keep driving around and looking for the toms. The public area that i am scouting is a lot of fields with some patch of woods. Thanks for all of th replys. I am still not sure which one to get. I have had a 360 before and liked it. I do not need that many games so as far as the amount of games goes, as long as I have a baseball, football and military game I am all set. Now with the PS3 playing Blu Ray discs I assume that it is High Definition? Also Will it be able to play regular DVDs along with the Blu Rays? I have a 52" HD tv and was looking for a HD dvd player and why not have that with a game system. I am slightly leaning towards the PS3 but I have set my spending limit at between 450-500. Good way to spend my rebate check.

My camera is a Canon S3 IS. The snake was out in the country when i was checking public hunting areas and scouting for turkey season.

Well it has been a while since i posted. My power cord to my laptop took a trip to the garbage can. It stopped working so i bought a new one. I took the last one out and beat it with a hammer

Those things are huge, I would like to catch one like that on rod and reel.

Well the same storm that has hit OK and TX made its way through my part of the woods. In just over a 24 hr period we have had 13 inches of rain. It is nuts. I will try to post some pics as soon as i can. The Mississippi River flood stage is 32 ft and right now it is at 36 ft and by sunday it is supposed to be at 42 ft.

If Junior keeps running up front the wins will come in time. You can not blame last year on Eury Jr, it was not his fault the car kept having failures all the time. If you do not have good equipment you can not win a race. This year they have good cars and are having good finishes. Eury Jr knows Jr better than anyone and they know how to communicate.

My gf and I went to a dinner auction last night and ended up picking up a couple things. I got a gift certificate for a free tire balance and rotation for 2 dollars. :)Which I thought was a good deal. We also got 2 tickets to the Nashville Zoo for 4 dollars. Has anyone ever been to the Nashville Zoo? I was hoping someone has and could tell me what to experience.

I make it a point to watch every tournament that he is in. He is simply amazing. I love his reactions also, he is really emotional. We are watching history fellas, lets enjoy it.
