This weekend I did some tailgating with some friends, had a great time, enjoyed plenty of great football, it was a huge success. I had marinated some of the fresh tenderloins overnight and then wrapped them each in bacon & glazed this with honey.
Threw 'em on the grill and cooked SLOW, flipped them once, and after a few more minutes of slow cooking they were ready.
I have them on foil so the juices and honey would stay with them, rather than drip and it was so good.
They were perfect for popping, delicious, and they went FAST! Definitely a favorite and I will be doing this a lot more. They had a real nice honey-bbq flavor. Just another way to reap the rewards of a successful hunt.
