  1. LOL! Thanks Luke. I see him so much on FB that I forgot his handle.
  2. One day you guys moan there is no water in the river and next there is too much. Make up your minds for petes sake! I have to agree with you a Joe. Its been the worst year ever for baseball. I still haven't got all of my garden or the food plot in.
  3. This is total boloney!! California School Toy Gun Swap - Business Insider Haven't these bozo's got anything better to do.
  4. I believe his handle was VTbowman or VTbowhunter
  5. Probably but I don't think they realize what NYS does to people who sell guns here.
  6. That's what I would do. However you may need to go back and spray again after a couple months for late blooming weeds.
  7. LOL!! You should have bought a lottery ticket on the way home! Did you see any other RT Forums people? John Nimmons was there I believe.
  8. WOW! That's great Ruth Congratulations!!!!
  9. Sounds to me like you are lifting your head to see where the arrow is going. That will cause your bow to drop down during the shot. When I had that problem I trained myself to watch the arrow all the way to the target through my sights. That way your bow won't go down till after you hit the target.
  10. Can't say I'm 100% excited about this. It's located away from most of the population and second now anything I order on-line will be taxed. Should have put the store in Syracuse.
  11. +1 Try laying your trigger finger on top of the release. Then ease it down once to are ready to shoot.
  12. I've never heard of this stuff till you mentioned it. I'm a bit skeptical. This is the way I see it. You can drop $150 for a suit of this stuff (which doesn't come in Realtree). Or you can drop that $150 on a really nice ground blind that you know will work and can be shared with others. For me the choice is easy.
  13. Neat! I once saw some turkeys fight off a few crows for some corn.
  14. I had my first brake light go out on my 2006 Chevy truck. I thought, no big deal...wrong! There are 2 screws that I need to remove to get at the bulb. After 6 years they are rusted really bad. I was able to get the first one to break loose but I started to strip the second screwhead. I squirted some penetrating oil and let it sit. Did not help. I fear the screwhead is almost too stripped to work with anymore. I'm not sure what to do next. Shaun, what would you do with something like this at work?
  15. Edit Right now the only UTV you have to register is the Polaris Razor and that is because of its weight. However I am told there is legislation pending to have all UTV's registered. Did you really think that Emperor Andy would let you have something that isn't taxed? :nono:
  16. Your old buddy Tom was the one who got me to try Carbon Express Maxima Hunters. They are expensive but boy are they worth it.
  17. Dang! I used to hang out there a lot. I just have not had time to go visit in a while. Ralph and Vicky are VERY active on Facebook and that is probably why it has failed.
  18. Take a gander at the amount of threads and posts here. Forums Makes our forum look like kicked over ants nest. We are not dead yet! We may never have the activity of forums like ArcheryTalk but we are holding our own! :flex: Maybe Kyle could tell us what happened. From what I remember years ago they were quite active.
  19. Well I have learned that it is called Quickweed. My problem is that it doesn't show up till mid- July. That is too late to spray round-up and then plant this far north. One thing I read was use a per-emergence herbicide. Can anyone recommend a good one?
  20. Has anyone heard from Ben, aka bfletch7441? I hope he is ok.
