  1. Will do,I'm sure she will be well taken care of.
  2. I'll go. #1: Scentblocker,Scentlok,X-static #2: I haven't purchased anything.I won a Scentblocker/Dream Season suit from Drury last season. #3: It was free. It does have some great features.I like the pockets and how it seals around my boots and wrists. The built in arm guard doesn't work worth a squat for me because my cable catches on it when I draw.I'm not totally hooked on the carbon thing, and I doubt I would have ever spent the kind of money they are going for for a carbon suit. #4: I would say both as long as there was proof that they work the way they're supposed to.
  3. Congrats!Nice to break the ice and put one in the freezer.
  4. The Blues handled the Hawks last night 3-1.The Hawks only goal was a fluke and should've never counted, but it didn't matter. That's 8 points in the first 5 games.Legacy is playing good and he's getting some goal support.
  5. That's priceless!Sounds like you'll have a sidekick a few more times this year.
  6. Another uneventful night for me last night.Right at 6:15 when things were getting prime some guy and his kid decided to go for a walk in the woods on the neighbors property, which is only about 50 yards from my stand,so that pretty much ruined the hunt.I did see a white racoon though at about 6:30.That was pretty neat...never seen one before.Pulled my trail cam and still no bone, all slickheads.I'm thinking about moving the stand I hunted last night this weekend, but I'm more than likely done hunting for the week.Highs are supposed to be around 80 the rest of the week.
  7. I've seen the new long can,but I actually just blow in the hole on my original can and make it as long or as short as I want.
  8. Man,that stinks. It happens to the best of us.
  9. Sounds like your off to a pretty good start!Good luck the rest of the season!I look forward to seeing more successful hunt pics.
  10. Looks like a pretty sweet spot! How big of a bean plot is that?I'm thinking of doing beans and lab lab next year, but only have about 1/2 acre and have been told that will probably not be enough. There's plenty of ag crops around,I just want something to draw early season and after the ag crops are out.
  11. Looks great Todd!I'm going to try some of mine in the next few weeks.
  12. It's supposed to be a pretty wet week so I think it should be ok,just have to wait and see.I planted my brassica plot in central IL on Labor Day and it looks pretty decent for being so dry,but this weeks rains will hopefully help it out some.
  13. Glad to here it!It's nice to know that if I have any problems with my Summit I will be taken care of.
  14. That sounds like a sweet bull!Congrats to your dad!
  15. That was a pretty entertaining game! Happy birthday!
  16. Prices have been around $2.69 here for the past two months.Hopefully it doesn't go up too much, because when the rut starts up I'll probably be putting quite a few more miles on than normal.
  17. Yep,I've used them a few times. They seem to work good for me.There's no oder,it's just like a big hand warmer.I've got some back issues so it helps my back stay relaxed longer on stand too.On really cold days I will also put handwarmers in my pants pocket and chest pockets on my shirt.
  18. Sounds like a great day alright!Congrats on the deer! PBR me ASAP!
  19. Congrats!Sounds like you made the right call.

  21. Congrats to your dad! That's a fine looking buck!
  22. Sounds like you had a good hunt and seem a few nice bucks.Early October hunting in Illinois can be tough, but you must have had some decent movement.
