Re: NASCAR 5 Years Later The parts about Big E. are pretty good.I'll watch anything with his name or #on it.He was one of a kind. I got sick of seeing Mike Helton's face on there talking about how great NASCAR has become with all the changes they've made.The safety additions are great,but for the most part I don't care for chase or Helton.

Re: Winter Olympics. Does anyone care? I don't care much for most of the competitions.Figure skating and curling just aren't my thing.I do watch the hockey,but that's about the extent of it.

Yea,he cheated,but the bottom line is that at some point THEY ALL DO IT.I wonder how many times something illegal is not caught and that person wins the race.Knaus just seems to get caught more then the rest of them.The crew chiefs push the envelope at every race,that's they're job.If they inspected cars at every race as good as they do at the 500 I don't doubt that 1/3 of the teams would have something illegal on they're cars.

Re: Bowtech Tomkat??? I've shot one,but ended up buying a Liberty.For the money it is a heck of a bow.I shot a 2004 model,and it seemed smooth and fairly quick.I've never heard anything negative about it either.

Re: kyle busch Kyles problem is they moved him into a cup car way to soon.He should have spent more time in a truck or busch car.He doesn't know what the heck he's doing on plate tracks,and if it weren't for his older brother,I don't think he would be in a cup car right now.

Re: Knaus may face suspension I think they will make Knaus sit out a few races.He's not the only one to try something new to get an advantage.Teams have been trying to sneak by rules since the conception of NASCAR.I suppose in a way it is part of the sport,and I'm sure stuff like this will slip through inspection from time to time,just not at Daytona.They have way more time for inspections at the 500 than any other race,so I think more stuff will get noticed.

Re: Carl Edwards- Right or Wrong ? I think NASCAR screwed up AGAIN.Carl was just trying make it by the pittingcars safely.When the NASCAR gods tell you to come down pit road for a penalty you better do it since you are at their mercy.I think he did the right thing,but I suppose rules are rules.

Re: Home Owners My house is on there,but it doesn't match the address.It's actually 4 houses down from the one it has listed.The value seems about $20,000 over what it appraised for 2 years ago,and it has the house across the street listed for $40,000 more than our house,and we have pretty much the same house with the same size yard, and the same square footage.

Re: What did you get her?? I got her a dozen roses and some chocolate covered strawberries that I will probably eat. She thinks it's a big deal that she gets flowers for valentines day and even though I think they're a waste of money I still buy them just to keep the peace.

Re: Pillows I sleep with one good old fashion feather pillow.I've been using the same pillow for about 10 years now. We keep 7 on the bed,but I'm not allowed to use them.

Re: IL Deer and Turkey Expo I've never been to it,but some of my buddies have went for the weekend and said they had a blast.I wouldn't mind going to see what it's all about.They are supposed to have some good seminars too.

We tried it for a couple of months after our little girl was born,but there was no way we could swing it.Now she just works part time at a doctors office 28 hours a week.It seems to work pretty good for us.She brings in a little extra cash and still gets to spend a lot of time with the little one.

Re: dirt bike riders I'm getting a 04 YZ125 in a week or two(after my tax refund).I can't wait to go riding with my buds again. Sounds like a carb problem to me.I hate messing with them.It might just need cleaned out real good.I would just get a can of carb cleaner and take the lines off and douse it real good.You could check your lines too and make sure nothing is obstructing them.I've seen fuel line actually get sucked shut and prevent gas from getting to the carb at full throttle when the carb is sucking in as much air as it can get. Don't know if I'm much help,but it's a cheap place to start looking for the problem if nothing else.

I don't think much will come of sentencings.A lot of large fines and probation and that may be all they get.
