Re: Sinus Infection vs Winter cold I've gotten a sinus infection at least once for the past 4 years.Never had a single one before that.They are miserable,I feel for ya. When I'm starting to get one now I head for the doc and go sraight for the shot.I'm not sure what it is,but it's the only thing that works on me for some reason. Hope you start feeling better soon Billygoat.

Re: Hunters View Treestands Well,I picked one up today.Man,that is a nice size platform.I have a sister in law that makes couch cushions,so if I have problems with the seat noise I'll have her sew me up sumpin nice.For 40 bucks this thing looks like a heck of a deal.The store was Rural King,so if any of you have one close they had pretty good deals on most of their stands.

Re: Wal mart- clearance going down again I bought a Remington 6in 1 coat for 66 bucks.Normally sells for 88.I also got a True Talker grunt tube for 5 bucks. Another store about 20 miles away hasn't put anything on sale yet.

The loc-on stand thread put me in the mood to look for a new stand for next year.I have some new property to hunt and plan on putting up a couple of loc-ons and leaving them up all season.I came across a Hunters View Razorback stand on sale for $39.99,and if I buy this weekend there is no sales tax at this perticular store.I have a API loc-on and like it,but I paid around 100 bucks for it a few years ago.For 40 bucks this seems like a bargain to me.It has a 24x30 platform,which is pretty good size.It weighs 17lbs,and comes with backpack straps and a harness.What do you think?Is it worth picking a couple up this weekend?

Re: Practicing during hunting season? I always carry bag target in my truck,so after a morning sit I will usually shoot 30 or 40 arrows before I head home.Since I've been out of tags for three weeks it's been a while since I shot,but I'll start back up around February or so.

I've had that happen with other bills that are automatically withdrawn from my acount.It stinks that you had other checks wrote that bounced because of someone elses screw up.Same thing happened to me.After it happened once I switched and now pay all my bills myself, that way I know it's right.Electronic bill paying is easy,but I'm not taking a chance of it happening again.Good luck,hope you get everything straightened out.

For some reason my pants size went up the last few months,so I have a feeling I'll be getting some new britches.I think the wife has been drying them too long or washing them in too hot of water or something.

Re: Other Forums... I belong to Archery Talk forums.It's not as good as the RT imo.I don't post as much over on AT as I do on RT,but they have a bunch of users and a great classified section. Oh yea,almost forgot about the racing forum I belong to.STLRACING.It has all the local racing stuff,mostly dirt track stuff,and it has a great a great classified section too.
