  1. I gotta go with Jay Fuller! He's actually a guy that I went to highschool with, so I'm really pulling for Jay.
  2. Great purchase! I have a U shaped tube that I got from BPS. They are so much easier to get in and out of than the round ones. I can't wait for the water to start warming up, cause I love me some tube fishin'!
  3. Oh yeah. Fried taters and cold ones!
  4. Thanks Elnor! I saw an Undertaker on sale the other day at Bass Pro, I may have to go back and get it.
  5. I saw that too. I usually am not a big Kelly Ogle fan but I thought it was awesome that he stood up for hunters. The birth control sure sounds like a bad idea to me.
  6. Thanks for the info. Just gotta wait until it warms up a bit so I can get out there and do some testing.
  7. My truck will celebrate his 2nd birthday in May, and I've got 39,000 miles on it already. Too many trips back and forth from the deer woods I guess. I've heard that the average annual mileage is 15,000 miles, but not sure if thats right. If so, I'm way above the average.
  8. I bought a set of climbing sticks last year and I really like them. They are a little tricky to climb at first, and they can be kind of hard to attach to the tree. (if your tree is not perfectly round, or has low branches) After I climbed them several times, I got pretty comfortable with them. I think that they provide a much less obvious entry into your tree than a ladder stand does. I'm pretty sure mine are made by Ameristep, and they are in 4ft sections. Hope this helps.
  9. I've got several factory choke tubes for it, but I am most interested in any about the aftermarket chokes (Primos, HS Strut, etc.) and how they perform with the 1100. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
  10. Last year was my first year to chase gobblers, and I'm hooked. I borrowed a gun last year, but this year I will be using my Remington 1100 with a 26'' barrel. I've already got my targets to do some patterning, but I'm just looking for advice on where to start. If anyone has a similar setup, I'd be anxious to know what combination of loads and chokes has given you the best results. Thanks!
  11. That thing is a mutant! What a crazy looking rack.

Your the man!!!! Nice work catfeeshy!
  13. I bought my wife some two years ago, and she absolutely loves them. They are the Arctic sport Mucks, and she NEVER complains about cold feet when she has them on. With that said, I am on my 2nd pair of Alpha Burly Sports and I can't ever see myself buying anything different for rubber boots.
  14. Welcome Okiebuck! I have the same problem about twice a year. As soon as my feeders get low, I have pigs knock them over and the feeder motor and housing always gets sent flying. Just solder them back on and your good to go.
  15. Finally got out to do a little crappie fishing yesterday on my favorite farm pond. We ended up catching 9 total, all of which were keepers. 6 of them hit on minnows, and the other 3 came off jigs. Our stringer weighed in at 10lbs 1 oz, so they were all about or a little over a pound. We wasted no time getting them to the frying pan and they were divine. My dogs were pretty interested.
  16. I have 2 itunes cards worth $50 total for sale or trade. Make me a reasonable offer.
  17. I've got 4 BPS gift cards totaling $210. I'd like to sell them for cash or trade them on a bow for my wife. Open to any reasonable offers. Thanks.
  18. My biggest buck to date was killed on Oct. 28th, 2006 at 7:20am. 168 dressed weight and 135'' gross. What's the theory???
