Re: good or bad season????????? I can never say I have had a bad season... you make it what it is... I harvested a lot of geese and mallards.... some divers, teal birds, woodies,... I think I had a great season... because I hunted all over the place with so many new great people... I made some great friendships for life and lots of fun memories...I did the most diverse hunting ever, from mainly field hunting, large body water, river, standing in an over flooded cornfield, small marshes/sloughs.... it was great even though there were days the birds didn't cooperate and we didn't see much... but the days when the birds were on top of us coming in hot and committed... it was well worth it.... Hope everyone has a great 2006 season.... Remember it's not about killing as much as you can it's about the memories and good times you hold close to your heart... I am off to go snow goose hunting this weekend... I am pumped!!!

Let us know how it goes Ruth! These are the kind of programs to get your non-hunting female friends involved in... pass it on

So I got asked to come down and hunt Northern Missouri. Thinking about coming down the first weekend in May when you can take two birds. Any reports on populations in Northern MO? I have been through there through Hwy 65 and was impressed with how many turkeys I saw. What is the legal hunting time? Is it 1:00pm? Thanks
