    Question?

Look at em everyday... If they are showing early and late movement, then I'm not going to spend all morning on stand. But if they show late morning movement, then I'll be there until 1.5 hours after the peak. Only exception is during the rut, then I'll be in the woods as much as possible regardless of what they say.
  2. Going to say that picture is deceiving some of yall.... 133-138. Great buck regardless!
  3. I'm either going to Missouri or Kentucky first week of May. Most likely Kentucky.... If anyone is coming down this way, pm me... I'll do what I can to help you out. Season opens March 12th here.
  4. My go to call has always been a Primos Power Crystal However, I was given one of Andy's slates for Christmas, so it will probably be my go to call from now on
  5. Voted 120-129. Have shot a 122" deer and 116" deer.. The 116" deer has a * by him.... he was broken off after the g3...if he had the g4 and the rest of the beam that he had on the other side, he'd have grossed 131"
  6. I voted 130-139... Was standing beside my dad when he shot a 136" and i missed a deer with the bow that would've grossed right at that. MS by the way
  7. I'll go with Bears vs Jets but i really could care less... I watch the nfl to watch quarterbacks. All three of my boys were dismissed the first week of playoffs.
  8. Favre/Retirement Lebron Wade Bosh Ice water in his veins- literally heard this in 4 different basketball and football games this weekend.
  9. That would be my fault... I apologize. We had a major lack of interest this year as opposed to past seasons. Had like five regulars at the end. When the rut hit hard and I was in the woods every waking hour three weeks ago I forgot about posting games. Once again, I'm sorry.
  10. Deer hunting, turkey hunting, food plots and trail cams are pretty obvious from my posts I'm sure. Besides that, baseball. My playing days are over, but I still enjoy watching my brothers and major league baseball- big braves fan. Also my love for the game has lead me to making some good money, as I umpire baseball tournaments nearly every weekend from march through september.
  11. You got it Scott! Hope you get to feeling better soon!
  12. Now Rich Rod is gone...
  13. Good question, but Les knows he can have a 7 or 8 win season, and he's gone from baton rouge.
  14. I have two that I call "good" bucks. Both killed chasing does, one at 9 and one at 11
  15. Voted 4pm to dark because that is true for the entire season for me. During the rut, I see more from daylight-10
  16. I voted 8-10, but it all depends on the moon phase and weather in my opinion... except for buck movement during the rut
  17. They couldn't hold on to the baskets anyway...
  18. That's what I'm thinking
  19. Ol sweater vest has em ready to play. They're looking really good now.
  20. I've been dying to get my hands on this deer since he first showed up on trail cam in early September, and he became a regular at the feeder until we stopped feeding in late October. We named him 5x7, for lack of a better name to describe the abnormals on his right beam. Once the feeders were pulled, we had a hard time locating him over scrapes and we all began to fear that we would once again have a big buck get away from us, as we have had terrible luck with the big boys we get on cam. Finally, I was able to get a picture of him the night of December 13, working a scrape over a mile away. From the time I pulled the card on the 17th,, someone sat the big grass patch, the scrape was located behind, every evening but two. We all figured it was just a matter of time until a doe pulled the big boy out there in daylight. On New Years day at 4:40, he did just that and my uncle was able to hold it together and put a perfect shot on him with the .260. He taped out at 154.5", shattering our previous best on the farm by 18". He had 12 scoreable points, 17.75" spread, 25.5 and 25.75" main beams. Oddly, between the tine measurements and mass measurements, each beam totaled to 68.375. Congrats Mark! Glad you got him!
  21. I can't wait either, Planning on grilling out with some friends and watching it! Should be a good one, but I see the Hogs pulling it out. Nonsense Muggsy??? How is it nonsense???:chair:
